Installer was extremely helpful throughout the whole process leading up to and including the installation of the generator. The Generator itself seems to be a great product and happy to have some piece of mind when Winter rolls around.

We originally had a 20K installed 6 years and performed well Over the last year had several problems with it starting/repairs Dealer took it back to shop but repair was expensive so we had them install a new 22K.

Have wanted to install a generator for years. Extremely happy with our choice to purchase a Generac. Our local dealer was great to deal with from sales to installation. Only regret is that we should have done it 15 years ago.

Works great. Does not look bulky on side of house. Nice having that piece of mind I will have power if the power goes out. Also timed it right to receive a free portable generator to take camping.
