My Guardian 22 KW Standby Generator is deficient in the manufacturing process and Quality Control Inspection and acceptance testing. After installation by a Licensed Electrical and Generac approved installer upon initial startup and testing process the electrical Contractor was unable to get the unit to operate properly. Engine started within seconds of turning on however during the testing process numerous issues occurred resulting in a lengthy run times consuming LP fuel due to numerous electrical connections not being able to remain in place (spade type fitting being the biggest issue resulting in repeated protective covering having to be removed and again excessive time spent as well as excessive fuel burn to identify the issue and multiple locations. Recommend that these spade connections be crimped a bit more to preclude the inadvertent disconnection during shipping and or startup and test in place situations. Other than this inconvenience all went well after corrective action taken and the unit work very well. Just hoping that we will never have to use it...But it is there in case.

I had the 22kw generator professionally installed. The instalL was organized, neat and clean. I had a 2.25 hr power outage shortly after install. The generator performed as expected with consistent power throughout. We continued on as if nothing happened. Due to increasing frequency of storms, our outage frequency is increasing. This has been a great purchase. If you buy one make sure it is installed by pros.

I have had a long history with Generac emergency power systems from my 40 years as a General Supt of Power Operations in NYC Transit. Our crews started using portable trailer mounted units to supply critical power to train signal circuits and other necessary power needs in our substations. The reliability of these machines made a positive impact on Transit by reducing train delays and ensuring the people of NYC experienced as little delay as possible, in their commuting during local power outages. Knowing this, when I retired and moved to rural Hubertus Wisconsin, Generac was my first and only choice when I decided to have emergency power installed. My new unit is quiet and now, with winter storms looming, I guess it will get a workout when needed. I am talking on Amateur radio each day, and several "hams" have started the process of having Generac systems installed in their homes. One fellow in Connecticut was fed up with the days and yes, weeks, long outages so he purchased his Generac which is to be installed very soon. I guess one can say we are satisfied customers and are thankful for the quality products offered by your company!

I bought my Generator back in March 2021. This was after experiencing the Big Texas Freeze in February of 2021. That Freeze caused almost $125000 in water damage. Plus, I had a $10800 deductible on my Home Ins. I realized then and there, that is I had purchased and installed a whole house generator I would at least have a fighting chance against Mother Nature and the Insurance Company. The unit arrived 30 days before expectation, I had it placed but, still had to wait for the gas line and the electrical to be installed. Finally, with all of that completed, Parker Power in Lewisville, TX came out and started the unit. The system ran perfectly as advertised. Not 45min. later we had a bad Fall Thunderstorm and w Texas non-reliability we lost the power. The Generator immediately kicked in and ran for the next 2hrs until the utilities came back on. I hardly skipped a beat. Thank God I was able to afford this and have some peace of mind! This is a great generator system.

Very clean design. Powerful. Somewhat easy install due to great instructions. Runs quieter than my 8k portable. Smart switch simplified the install. Wifi was easy to set up following the instructions. Powerful twin cylinder engine looks easy to maintain. Looking forward to acomfortable life nest storm outage.

I've had my Generator installed for about a year now. It got it's 19 hour hot summer workout that just ended. What a great investment is my main thought right now! I was able to help out neighbors with phone charging, refrigerator use and for a while until internet provider co. went offline, even that. I was gently teased for not trusting the electric company's tree trimming to take care of our neighborhood's frequent outage issues in the past. Who's laughing now? This first time usage has totally assured me that this product performs as promised. Extremely happy customer.

T&M Services did a great job! I am so happy with Generac at this point. You keep improving and making them better. Ya, it is not cheap, but trust me, worth every penny. I was without power for 6 days in TN due to an ice storm. Never again! I wonder about the countries infrastructure and fear this may be more common than it was in the past. I don't need to think about it anymore. I'm not trying to scare anyone, it was just a choice that was right for me. Generac is an amazing product and I am really happy about it. The wifi connection and ease of how it works. Automatic, you don't have to do anything. I have a portable generator that helped me get by, forget that now! Go for it!!

The generator was installed within 1 month of the initial sales meet. The project coordinator made the process completely painless. Everything was included except for the Propane hookup/install which we took care of. Generator is exactly as advertised!

We had it installed on Jan 20, 2021...and of course, we haven't had an outage yet. Every Monday at Noon, it exercise's itself and I noticed it didn't really start on the first try, it stumbled. On the second try it would start. I contacted my dealer and they checked it out to find that the fuel pin gasket was twisted and the fuel regulator/diaphragm unit needed to be replaced. They did it on the spot and its been working fine ever since. Must have been a factory issue. Was very happy with the dealers response.
