Size of product is really nice and very streamlined for the area of placement. Really quiet when running and very high quality! Added benefit of WiFi connection is important so that any problems are easily known. Weekly test is a plus!! Very pleased with our generator and a great value too!

Our 22KW ran for 7 days straight after hurricane Irma. It used a little oil and we had a big NG bill but my family had power. The power company did such a poor job in west Florida with their vegetation management. Many overgrown trees took down all the power lines. The generac kept things as close to normal and comfortable during and after the storm. Thanks!

We did a lot of research on standby generators and decided on the Generac 22kw. At first, we weren't so sure Generac was the brand for us. There had been a number of complaints. Our dealer explained that early on the Evolution control board was failing. But the issue was resolved. We took him on his word and glad we did. Four days after it was installed, the Seattle area was hammered with over a foot of snow and power went out. Generator kicked on and stayed on for the next 10 hours. Power was restored for around 3 hours and went back out. Generator kicked on and ran for another 12 hours. We rely on a pump grinder to discharge sewage. Without power, we get 10 flushes from our toilet. Wife demands that system work! So far, Generac has made us a believer. We live on a island and the other thing that sold us was parts are plentiful. Not so much with other brands. The free mobile link is nice but highly limited. To get full use of its features you have to pay a monthly fee. We highly recommend this generator.

The start up to test the generator was flawless, it took only a couple of seconds and we had power in the house. The installers were fantastic from Washington Generators. I would recommend them in a heart beat, they were that good. I feel much more relieved now we don't have to have power cords running all over the house.

Features, appearance, quality, and the installation work was beyond what we ever imagined. The unit speaks for itself. We did our research, and without a doubt GENERAC is the way to go. Very impressed by the support team, Mariposa Electric from Lindsay, Ontario for myself, who gave proper assistance in the initial determination of need, and then the installation. Machine is great, only quam is that the machine does not have decals on back (for me the front) of the generator

We live in a remote location and our home is primarily all electric. We wanted a solution to be able to keep the house running like normal, even if we were away for extended periods. This model gave us the ability to not worry about what would and wouldn’t work during an outage. We already had a short few hour outage and everything worked like normal while we were away. We only knew there was an outage because the neighbour texted us to say our generator kicked in and all was good. Now that is peace of mind!

Used within first week of installation for 6 hours. Powered entire house inncluding 5-ton central air conditioning. Very nice. Only criticism is that literature focuses on Wi-Fi feature when our unit was installed with cellular connection. Discovered cellular after 45 minutes of trying to connect Wi-Fi. Suggest literature related to cellular be provided when cellular is installed.
