The generator is unobtrusive and the sound it makes when we were without power was welcome (as were the lights and HVAC)! The mobile link feature, however, needs to be improved (set up was a challenge even for someone with a technology background). But that is a minor complaint compared to the security of having power when it is needed.

I looked at someone's Generac that was installed by Metro Elec. and was impressed with the workmen ship and he highly recommended them. I called them and had one installed. They were very courteous and the job was completed professionally in one day. When completed they explained the system how it works and answered any questions I had. I experienced one issue later on with the Wi-Fi. They came out the next day and replaced it. No issues anymore.

Two days ago we had a 26KW Guardian whole House Generator installed by Riverside Electric Cincinnati. The install went extremely well and the installers were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very thorough. Everything looks and functions very well. The morning after we had the generator installed high winds took down power lines in our area and we lost electricity. The generator kicked in just like it should and it powered up our house within just a couple of minutes. We are very happy !!!

Purchase a 22kw guardian recently. Everytime we get out power would have too drag out power cord too hook up portable gen just to run the frig and freezer. This product will pay for itself in the long run not having to worry about loosing food and still be comfortable in our home. Waiting too get more information on the prw cell pack may add this too my system later. If u don’t have Generac it will be worth it

After being without electricity for 11 straight days with hurricane Laure and then 3 days with a ice storm 5 months later we decided to get the 22kw home generator with the ATS switch. During Laura I poured 353 gallons of gas for our 15kw portable generator. That is not a type o. Since our purchase 17 months ago we have lost power three times and each time the generator has worked flawlessly. No more having to come home and hooking up the portable generator or hauling gas.

The dealer we went through, Warren Welding of Berryville Ar, was wonderful to work with in every aspect of the purchase to the final installation. The generator works great and has given us the peace of mind whenever there maybe a power outage that our home will be supplied with electricity. We live in a remote area and this is an important issue for us.

We live near the Gulf of Mexico & now have peace of mind that we will not have to leave our home during a power outage. Hurricane season is no longer a deep concern. Wish more people knew about this wonderful produce with all its features. Thank You Generac!!!

I have been the proud owner of a Generac guardian series 22kW for 3 years now. As I write, my Generac is on its 26th hour of continually running after a horrible storm hit in upstate New York. Within 10 seconds it turned everything back on. Could not imagine living without this gem. Thanks Generac for giving me peace of mind!

I got this generator to have peace of mind to have back up when the power goes off. 360 solutions was fantastic when they knocked on my door till they left. I am proud how it looks in my yard the service I get to not have to worry about power again.

It's relatively easy to hook up with advanced electrical skills. It started the first try. When ran through a load test it preform as expected. I would recommend it to anybody that is looking for a reliable whole home back up generator.
