This generator is perfect for us. Will power all of the major loads in our home. Most importantly, Bear Rock Electric did a fantastic job coordinating all of the external requirements (Permits, Inspections, and Propane contractor) so that the install was done in a day. We are very pleased with the system.

His crew guys were very easy to deal with, absolutely professional installation, very detailed and thorough. This crew installs a whole house generator basically one every day of the week. They showed up on time and immediately got to work with our installation. Very patiently explained how the transfer switch worked and cleaned up everything when done, including fingerprints on the equipment. I can absolutely recommend this business for your installation.

Recently had the whole house generator installed. The employees doing the install were great and very knowledgeable. I did lose power about a week later for a short time and the generator came on exactly as it should. Would recommend this generator and Metro Electric to anyone in the market.

The outages could last hours to days. A standby generator eliminates the need to move the family/pets to a hotel or friends as well as preserving refrigerated food and other perishables. We chose Generac based on online reviews, record of reliability, features, and appearance. We were not disappointed. The dealer did an awesome job with the installation and training us in the operation of the unit. Would definitely recommend.

Purchased a 22KW unit online and saved around $400.00. Decided to purchase a GenPad to mount the generator on. This made site preparation and installation easier. Our generator started right up (on propane) and runs quietly. We are very pleased with the generator and now have a sense of security when the next power outage occurs!

The generator is unobtrusive and the sound it makes when we were without power was welcome (as were the lights and HVAC)! The mobile link feature, however, needs to be improved (set up was a challenge even for someone with a technology background). But that is a minor complaint compared to the security of having power when it is needed.

Generac 24KW ATS I am so glad that I had my generator installed this year because the 24KW unit was available. I took advantage of the MobileLink WiFi which is great because with any status change, emails are sent to me and my dealer. Peace of mind knowing the unit is operational and ready! The Tank Utility Monitor is a real plus because at a glance of my phone, I know the fuel level of my propane tank. Sweet! The Smart Management Modules really are smart making whole house transfer a simple hands off operation.

Installation was a 2-day affair as wiring and gas plumbing couldn't be completed on Day 1. Price reflected in literature has little bearing on total price, once add-ons are counted. Product appearance is acceptable to the neighborhood HOA rules, but the cover has a degree of concavity that tends to hold some rainwater. Otherwise looks and performance so far is excellent. Durability remains to be determined.

Seems to be an excellent product with great features. Real test will be when we have a power outage, but I really expect that it will perform as advertised. The installers, TEW Electric, were very professional. They kept me appraised of every step of the process, showed up on time and when agreed. They were very informative on when and how to operate and maintain the unit after installation. I couldn't ask for better service.
