Can’t say enough about this was the best investment I’ve done given my peace of mind of always having power. I live out in a rule area, and we lose power quite often deer in the winter and some times it’s a few hours and there was a time when we had no power for 5 days and not able to run the well and getting down in the 20s pipes freeze up. So now I live with peace of mind

Apparently my original review did not meet Generac's criteria, but it didn't say why. Maybe because it was not a good review. My 30 plus year old generator never failed me. My new Generac 10kw has failed me over ten times. Two oil pressure sensors later a new motor, it still fails to start often due to error code 1300, which is low oil pressure. DO NOT BUY A 10 KW GENERAc!!! With the new motor it has gone into EC 1300 about four or five times. I have thousands of dollars worth of meat. I am now requesting their more trustworthy unit, apparently the 20 KW never fails. The 10kw in 20 years one dealer oney sold one unit. I am getting a little run around, it has been over a week since the local dealer is responding, the company does not deal with individual customers I am told, the dealer has to take care of the problem. My request is charge me the extra difference for the 20 KW take this piece of crap back. I do not need a bigger unit, which is why I bought the 10kw. I only have a couple of lights, but more importantly my freezer and refer on it. The unit that was here for over 30 plus years, and I lived here for 11 years, NEVER had a problem NEVER!!!!. It was just getting old, tired and a little noisier then the new one. I wish I would have just put new rings in the old one, it never failed, not once. If Generac does not like my review because it does not meet their criteria, tell me what the problem is with my review. NOT A FIVE STAR????

Our installer (Power Tech) was outstanding to work with. They made all the arrangements with the power company, gas company and inspectors. They ever brought some other electrical appliances up to current code. I would recommend them and the Generac Generator to anyone interested in having this type of insurance for your home!

YOUR PRODUCT IS UNFAVORABLE, POOR QUALITY, NOT GOOD FOR EMERGENCY USE! AS IN THE NEED OF A PERSON ON 24/7 OXYGEN! TO BE CONFIDENT IN YOUR PRODUCT PREFORMING AS IT WAS PURCHASED FOR!...I'M "NOT" SATISFIED WITH YOUR 22kw HOME GENERATOR! Thank you: step and one half

I live in Coastal North Carolina, so we frequently face power interruptions. From Noreasters, to Tropical Storms and Hurricanes, to freezing rain we can get an outage at any time throughout the year. I wanted a dependable backup power supply so I went with Generac. We have 123 homes in our sub-division and so far about a quarter have installed Generac systems. That shows a high degree of confidence in the product.

We lost power for 50 hours in the Texas 2021 ice storm and my 22 kw propane fueled generator didn't miss a beat! We have had it installed 3 years now and even with blue bird weather we will be out of power for 1 to 4 hours. As a retired electrical engineer I have installed numerous generators larger than my 22kw set but reliably is equal to offshore living quarters gen sets. It is easy to maintain. Great piece of mind having one installed.

The start up to test the generator was flawless, it took only a couple of seconds and we had power in the house. The installers were fantastic from Washington Generators. I would recommend them in a heart beat, they were that good. I feel much more relieved now we don't have to have power cords running all over the house.

Our new generator had only been installed for two weeks to the day when our power went out due to a wind storm. The generator kicked right on and stayed on until the power company restored power. Thunderstorm season will be here soon and knowing that we have our Generac generator is certainly comforting!

We were losing power all the time, so we decided to invest in a Generac. After we bought the Generac, we didn't lose power for 6 months! LOL When we lost power for the first time after the installation, the Generac kicked right on and ran for 13 hrs. until the power came back on. I love knowing that I don't have to drag out the Mr. Heaters and the oil lamps any more! The Generac is a lot quieter than I had thought it would be. When I am on the opposite end of the house from it, I can't hear it at all. When I am on the same end, it is just a "humming" sound. I love the comfort that my Generac gives me!

The first time I lost power was about 6:15 am and the neighbors across the street were getting ready for work and were taking a shower but power went out and my 26 year old son went to the light light panel in the hallway of our house and started flashing the lights . The neighbors saw and commented about the lights flashing on in a power outage. Also sold my father- in -law on the product and he purchased one.
