I order this unit after my electric service decided to start turning off power depending on weather and wind conditions. We had to wait an long time due to high voulme of generator installs and weather. After suffering thru several power outages due to weather we finally got our unit installed yesterday. They struggled to even get into our house but they managed. The installation was completed yesterday afternoon with 8-19" on snow on the ground. We currently have cold storms on the way hope the power stays on for others but we no longer woory. I would highly recommend this product for peace of mind and power outages

The team at Storm Guardian Generators out of Alvin, TX did an awesome Job. Got many calls about the installation dates and time. Came early on the date, (was cool with me). Got everything completed in a timely manner. Cleaned everything up when finished. And now we wait for center point, not there fault. I would have to say this is a very reliable company and was very competitive on the estimate and gave me more than what other companies were offering. Thanks!! Very much appreciated! Great job guys and ladies in the office! Thanks Generac for the referral also.

We were so glad we made the investment in the top of the line whole house generator. It was great to continue to be comfortable in our home during this most recent Texas winter storm. I believe every home needs a generator! If you’re thinking about purchasing, the convenience and not having to worry during a time of power outage is well worth the choice! ❤️ Our Generac Generator

In our former home, we had a 20kw Generac Guardian. In our new home, we now have the 22kw model and it is even quieter that our previous unit. Plus, we have the the Cold Weather Kit. Our older generator never failed to start, although sometimes it did crank a time or two before "kicking over." With the Cold Weather Kit, I now can sleep with both eyes closed. Tom M.

Relatively simple to install and hook up to my existing ATS, and LP tanks. Still haven’t been able to interface with wi-if, though. Generator attempts to access my neighbor’s wi-if and doesn’t seem to recognize mine. Will keep trying to connect, but this is why I gave four instead of five stars.

I just completed building our new home here in Louisiana where power outages are very common due to extreme weather conditions. Local ordinances required us to have a sewage grinder and pump. Without a backup generator, we would have been out of luck in an extended power outage. Our new Generac 22KW generator meets our total house needs with power to spare. It looks good, is very quiet when running, and is very efficient on Propane gas. After pricing other generators, I know I made the right decision in purchasing my Generac 22KW.

Bought this generator a few years ago and have done annual service. It has failed all three times it was needed. Local dealer has looked at it, but doesn’t have a clue. Do not buy this product, it will let you down when you need it!!! Generac will just send you to a dealer, no ownership. Expensive product, completely useless!!

Generac Guardian 22kw generator will provide power to the entire house in event of a power outage. Unit is well constructed and designed for long term use. Fueled by natural gas it does not requre external fuel storage tanks and does not require periodic fuel resupply and does not have contamination issures common to diesel supplies.

Hughes Electric & HVAC installed this generator and did a fantastic job. They even stored the generator until it could be installed. Everything they did for us is so much appreciated. We were so impressed with this company that we let them install 2 new Trane units. We lost power 2 days ago and the generator worked great.

This generator and transfer switch perform flawlessly. In less than a minute, power is restored to the whole house during a power outage. The WIFI connection is a wonderful feature. The Generac dealer knows if there is problem with the system before I do. The installation went quickly without any hiccups. I could not ask for a more thorough and professional installation. I would recommend this generator package without reservation. Peace of mind, that my family is safe and sound during a power interruption is worth the price.
