I bought this unit for a rental tiny home on my property. I had already installed a 17kv Generac which services the main house. We have electrical outages several times per year in our rural location and our Generacs work flawlessly to seamlessly continue to provide power when this occurs.

Had this installed on 4/8, today is 5/20 and it still has never been working. Generac has been no help whatsoever, they're more concerned about selling their next generator, than trying to replace the lemon they gave me with a new one. I do not recommend at all!!

We had our Generac installed during the winter. The process was handled with care and patience. We have family and friends with Generac home generators and we heard nothing but good things about them. The generator is turned on remotely once a week to make sure everything works properly. It's so good to hear it running and to know it's ready at a moments notice.

Easy purchase. Good price and quick delivery

Good price for a great product

We are approaching the one year mark and have scheduled maintenance in just one day. Very satisfied.

Not happy. Has been completely installed for over 1 week and it still has not run even though we have had outages 2x's since installation

I bought this two years ago and I'm happy I did. It brings me a great peace of mind. It's very attractive.

I bought this generator, for when im not home and not having to worry about frozen pipes or sump pump not work because of a power outage.

Excellent reliability and a quality unit makes the generator indispensable, as someone who relies on it for health issues.
