This is a wonderfully looking brand new generator, I just wished it could run and generate electricity. I'm offered a five year warranty, but the service people say it will be 2+ weeks before they can get to it, and it will cost $250 for the first hour of diagnosis. No point in saying anything critical about the produce since you will not post a critical review. American quality is a thing to behold, and mourn.

I live in the deep south, and hurricanes and floods occur often, so loss of power is a common occurrence for us. We had been wanting a whole house generator for a while. After Katrina, we were without power for 5 weeks. We suffered through using portable generators for the last few years, but with our advancing age, the hassle of using two or three small generators to keep our freezers, well pump, and lights running got to be a real hassle! So we finally invested in a Generac whole house generator. That is one of the better decisions of our lifetime! We researched and talked to other owners before buying, and decided that Generac brand was the best choice. We are confident that this purchase will give us many years of hassle free service. This is my first purchase of a whole house generator, I can not comment on reliability because installation was just completed. What i can mention is that i liked the fact that i did not have to worry about anything. The sales team was responsible for everything, they called and scheduled the utilities for identification, pulled the permits and scheduled the gas and electric companies to make the required connections. I would also like to mention that the people that did come out to perform maintenance were very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this product and this company.

Stuller Solutions is a great company to install and service the generator we purchased. It gives us the peace of mind we were looking for when power goes out. They are very professional and the installation went perfectly. Would highly recommend them to install Generac generators in our area.

I live in Naples Florida were there is a high risk of hurricanes, with the Generac whole house generator I have a sense of relief knowing I will always have power. The Generac is very reliable and I know I can count on having power during hurricane season.

The team is spot on from the time they arrived until the job was finished and they left everything as neat and tidy as if they were not even here working. This was a tremendous purchase for our household and I can't wait until the power goes out. Anyone living with a well and septic knows how difficult life becomes when the lights go out! It has been four weeks and still waiting to solidify why this was the best decision ever. I'm sure it will be worth it! I am very pleased with the quality of construction, functionality, features, appearance and dependability of this product. As a home owner and retired general contractor who received installation certification on Generac several years ago, I already knew before purchasing this product that it would thoroughly satisfy my expectations for quality and dependability.

We installed this product, waiting for final startup. The generator has a 100 amp breaker yet is sold as a 22kw whole house backup. Granted that we probably don't peak over 100 amps very often but I was not clear that the product was limiting itself.

With young children in my house, I don't want to worry about keeping them warm in winter or cool in summer. With everything powered these days, including cell phones, that we use exclusively for communication... I can't afford to be without power. Food in refrigerator and freezers will not spoil. Life will go on "normally" in the house when the power goes out. Having a whole house generator installed, lets me not worry about a power outage anymore. So glad that Generac makes residential generators... it will last.

Had unit installed May 2018 so we would have A/C in the event of a hurricane related power outage similar to outage during Hurricane Irma in 2017 when we were 5 days without power. As of June 2022 annual service the unit had only 25.5 hrs on meter. So until September 28, 2022 when Hurricane Ian hit and we lost power we had no experience with extended run time. Owner's manual indicated need to check oil frequently as it might need oil added. I had assumed after June 2022 service the unit would have enough oil to run safely for a minimum of 24 hours without getting a low oil warning. Due to the rain and wind it was not possible check the oil and at 27 hrs (9/29/22) the unit stopped under low oil warning. I had only 2 quarts of the required oil. A check 12 hrs later indicated it had gone through a quart so I had to reduce load until I could get more oil on 9/30/22. I was not pleased that after 39 hr run time I had to severely reduce the load and go without A/C- the main reason I bought the unit for. The owner's manual NEEDS to indicate the potential amount the generator may use during 12 hr continuous usage so people have an appropriate amount of oil on hand. I had no idea the unit would use 2 quarts a day. In the future I will have at least 10 quarts of oil on hand. Other than this annoying lesson learned I am happy with the unit.
