1n 2014 I purchased a Generac 10Kw standby generator for our home, never thinking I would be using it so often. As it ran flawlessly, I decided I wanted another 10Kw for my garage/workshop that also contains 3 freezers. The 10Kw is a bit of overkill for this current usage however, it is backup in the event of the 1st generator failure or storm damage to our house preventing us from using it. As backup, it would provide power for both that garage/shop and a travel trailer. "Don't be scared; Be Prepared" is one of our mottoes. I am confident that this generator will survive the test of time. I tell Everyone that this is exactly what they need.

We purchased the 22KW Guardian whole house generator. We are very pleased with it's performance. We have had it for about a week and already the electricity went off last night and the generator worked perfectly. Never Dark Carolinas installed our generator and propane tank and we were so pleased with their work ethic and professionalism. We highly recommend them.

We have had our 22kw generator for only about 1 week and it has not yet been turned on due to a power outage. It won't be long if history is an indicator. Contracted with PACE Electrical for the installation of my Generac whole house generator. They were a pleasure to work with. They seamlessly coordinated the gas supplier and gas service installer and their staff arrived on time. The installers from PACE were efficient, professional, neat, and took the time to answer all my questions during the installation process. My Generac started the first time and, after set, up did it’s own test run flawlessly. I would unconditionally recommend PACE for anyone in the DE/PA/MD region. I trust my Generac generator will live up to its reputation.

Never a problem with whole house transfer switch. Storms don't bother us. System has monthly start-ups to keep battery fresh. Auto warning system works great if oil needs changed or a problem has occurred. This is my second generator and am very happy.

If you live out in the country, you will have to do all the installation yourself and don't try and use the generic web site or try and talk with anyone at generic, you are on your own. If you can find someone that installs them, they might give you some free advice. I got lucky! If you live in a large city, you might have better luck finding a dealer, if not you are on your own.

Our dealer,Findlay Generator Systems, carefully analyzed our needs with us and within a week our kw22 was installed and working. While we have not yet had a power outage, our Generac tests itself every Wednesday and it's comforting to know that, regardless whether we are home or away, the house essentially protects itself from harm. We should have bought one a long time ago!

This is a wonderfully looking brand new generator, I just wished it could run and generate electricity. I'm offered a five year warranty, but the service people say it will be 2+ weeks before they can get to it, and it will cost $250 for the first hour of diagnosis. No point in saying anything critical about the produce since you will not post a critical review. American quality is a thing to behold, and mourn.
