Our generator was placed into service on 10/7/2022. Since then, it has often failed to start for its weekly exercise period (on10/11/2022, 2/8/2023, 4/6/2023, 4/10/2023, 4/20/2023 and 5/12/2023 to be specific). It keeps the service technician very busy for a seven-month-old machine. We have very little confidence that our generator will start if we experience a power outage.

I am so happy with my new unit. I almost can't wait for a power outage to have it kick on automatically and power up my house. I like the way it looks and operates. I could not be more pleased! I decided to purchase this unit after Hurricane Season due to losing power for 3 1/2 days and my portable generator just couldn't keep up.

Less than 2 years old still under warranty and has not worked in 3 months. Every time service tech comes it’s not covered and still not working. Last year during hurricane it stopped working and last 3 months still not working, but cost me over a thousand $$$ for service calls - new battery& cables -circuit board due to a lizard ( how -isn’t transfer panel weather tight ) engine lifter’s adjustment. After having a flooded basement I decided to get a whole house generator. I was just going to get a Generac because of their excellent reputation. I did look at the competition and they were not bad. But nothing to prove they were better than a Generac. I bit the bullet and had the 22KW whole house unit installed. The installers did a thoroughly professional job. I was very pleased. Now I was ready for anything mother nature wanted to throw at me. Well it wasn't four hours after the install was done and we had a storm come thru. We lost power and the Generac came shining thru. Came on with no problems. It was only on a short time. But that just verified that I made the right decision to choose a Generac. The mobile link option is really cool. It is nice to have an update anytime something changes with the generator. Choose Generac - I did and very Happy that I did.

I got my generator installed yesterday. It works great and keep the whole house electricity to run. I got it from Suburban service Group. I would like to specially commend our two installers Bob and Louis. They were both very professional, courteous, and kind. They worked professionally, very clean, and patiently, answered all our questions. They came on time and they worked diligently. I could not have chosen a better generator and a better company to install the generator with.

I have had this new whole home generator for about two months now and all the weekly auto tests are performed as scheduled automaticly. I have performed the monthly transfer tests and they have have worked flawlessly. It has also covered two power outages and restored power to my house within 12 seconds, both times. I love my Generac.

Veery difficult to review a standby generator because an unexpected power failure is real test. Wee bought our 26KW Generac last year and hasn't seen a power failure yet. In fact, been in this house for last 20 years and lost power twice and not more than 8 hours either time. Generator looks well designed and exercise as programmed. Not very loud and sending notices via text messages via wifi connection is awesome. I hope I never needed to use it but it comforting to know that we have a standby generator just in case we loose power. Specially when my wife's health conditions do not allow to be without power for extended period of time. The mobilink app is good but should not have to a price to edit exercise schedule. I paid but didn't like that option. Overall I am happy so far.

The SPS team was amazing, from start to finish. I did my research before choosing the type of generator and company to do the install and support. I made the decision to go with Generac and SPS after talking to 4 other companies. I am a single homeowner and trust in the product and the company is paramount. I have had the system installed for less than 3 weeks and it's already been used twice. Power goes out quite a bit in my area and I also travel so knowing the system will work and that I am notified of each action the generator takes. I would recommend this product to anyone and the Specialized Power Services company to do the install!

Bought New Generator, it is missing the skirting, and missing the wifi module, it came with a letter telling me to scan the QR code for the wifi module to be shipped to me, but when you scan the code, it says my generator is not an affected model, and will not be sending me a module, although it is on the invoice that it is wifi enabled and does have wifi, but the unit is missing? Will call and see what can be done about it i guess

We had Switch Electric, LLC perform the installation. They came highly recommended and I can see why. The installation went flawlessly, their explanation of the system was easy to understand and the product works incredibly well. We typically lose power here in our area at least three to four times per year and were tired of hooking up a manual generator to the house during those windy/rainy times. Thank goodness we now have the peace of mind that it will happen automatically.
