Got the in-home product estate; agreed to terms of estimate on 13 Oct 2021; had generator installed on 22 Oct 2021; had start-up test done on 3 Nov 2021. technician explained everything exceptional well. explained about checking the oil, very professional!!! all in all I highly recommend OK Generattor ( Larrison Elec) for this product and the rest of their line-up of Whole Home Generators.

I am very happy with the installation labor used . Explained operation and expectations. Happy with operation of generator. It can handle whole house with 5 ton and 3 ton ac unit. Its a spend of money, but I'm happy with everything. Paid for extra 5 year warranty. Its a machine it will break down. The installers will be notified of improper operation immediately.

I replaced a small generator with a new 24kW Generac. The WiFi connection took an old person a little time and effort. But it is connected and ready to run. I no longer will have to worry about being without power. The auto start and transfer switch will be great. Not that I want to have a power outage. But we are ready for it when it happens, and it will.

Very pleased with the functionality and protection provided by this generator. Mobile Link needs to be improved. I lost Mobile Link connection one day after installation. I went through the reconnect process probably 20 times over the next several days (I can now do this in my sleep). I had many conversations with the installing dealer, tried calling the Mobile Link hotline……I installed a WiFi extender, which showed connectivity consistently over 60%. But I kept getting the error message (on the APP) that connection was lost. I went to the generator and it showed connected at 60%. So I kind of gave up on the whole process. Then magically one day it started working (on its own) and still works as of now. I actually LOVE the features of Mobile Link when it works. I recently noticed in my activity log that “Firmware updated, boot to Auto” was apparently done recently - on the same day my Mobile Link started working consistently. I assume this fixed my problem, hopefully for good. So as of today I am 100% satisfied……after some initial frustration.

Hoping we are home when the power goes out so that we can start the generator going, or if it runs out of fuel. With our Generac 22KW Guardian whole-house generator, we don’t have to worry. Nice-looking unit. So quiet compared to portable generators. Best features:Transfer switch kicks on automatically whenever there is a power outage. Powers up and checks itself periodically, green light/yellow light/red light alerts us if something is wrong. Overall, a great investment that adds value to our Florida home if/when we want to sell. Love it!

GenTec located in Crete, IL did a thorough, clean and professional install. Starting with Tina in the office and Steve getting a timely quote to Steve Jr. and his partner on the install. Transfer switch mounted in basement , not on outside like other companies suggested and gas line was tapped in the basement as well. No unsightly lines running on the outside. If my 18 kw Generac is as good as GenTec install, I will be an extremely satisfied customer. Thanks to Steve and all his crew.

Living on the East Coast of Florida for the past 5 years has exposed us to 2 hurricanes. We decided to get rid of a portable gas generator that could only run our refrigerators and some portable fans. We choose a 22KW Generac whole house generator, which was just installed. We got the 10 year warranty from Generac and are looking forward this unit providing power if (or when) our area has another hurricane pass through our coastline.
