Everything about this generator is excellent. The only two issues were we had to wait 18 months to get it installed because the dealer couldn’t get it from the factory in a timely fashion. Also I was denied the free extra warranty because I “bought it before the program date”. Even though I didn’t get it delivered to me. Not cool. The dealer did a great job on the installation.

we decided to go with a whole house back up. Only name that came to mind was Generac. installation went very well. and all aspects of the project went without a hitch. when the project was complete, there were no problems and the generator started right up. it is good to know we have a generac if we need to use it.

The whole house generator is such an amazing piece of mind for our whole family!!! Last winter storm we were displaced for 6 days and lost everything in both refrigerators and freezers not to mention the stress of being out of our house for so long. To now have a generator to do all of the work for us with minimal upkeep is such a relief for us!!

It's hard for me to write a review. Only had the unit for about 4 weeks and LUCKILY we haven't had any outages. Things I do like: Relatively small foot-print Clean asthetics Visible stand-by light Things I don't care for: I still can't get my phone connected to the mobile link App Help with the mobile connectivity would be nice. 🤷‍♂️

unit came in latter than expected but when i got it already had the place to install..got it placed and all hooked up..test ran..ran quite and like its suppose to..am using NG for fuel..runs everything that needs power..fridge..computers..stove..all lights..if you want a good generator i suggest the 14kw like i have..thanks Generac

Overall great features. Love it. Only problem is unclear directions on menu setup. Needs to be easily planned out directions from Generac, more clear and concise. That’s the only problem I had. Would recommend and would buy again. Called in to customer service and Wendy was a great help.

We recently lost power here near the Atlanta area do to high winds from the hurricane. The power was out in our area for 24hrs. The generator came on as it should and ran the entire time with no problems. We were the only ones with light on the street. A++

The unit was just installed a few days ago so it is too early to know how it will work or fare over time but it seems very well made. My focus of this review is to laud the HPS installation crew of Woodie, Steve and Jeff who were knowledgeable, neat and personable. They completed the work in less than one day and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend HPS!

After several power outages, my wife and I decided to invest in a Generac whole home standby generator system. Our local installers did a great job in setting it up. Though we hope to never have to use this system (our weather patterns show we most likely will in the near future), just knowing that it is on automatic standby, brings great peace of mind to our family. Hard to write a review on something just installed, but I can say my installation crew was of the highest caliber in terms of customer service and knowledge of product and various electrical scenarios. We went with the Guardian 22Kw for a home with essentially two small separate living quarters - (ie dual electric boxes) and a solar set up. I feel very confident that the Generac will serve us successfully when the power goes down. It started right up and switched over seemlessly. It is not bad to look at either when one considers the alternative of another random TX electrical outage!
