Had it installed last month and although we haven't had to use it yet, and hope we don't, it's been doing it's exercise every week and reporting to our phones as expected. We live in a rural area so power outages are likely to be lengthy if they occur. Nothing like peace of mind with this unit.

they came to my house no problem no crap just a perfect job all the way around. they came on time cleaned after them self's and were gone in 5.5 hours the city inspector said the electric was some of the best he has ever seen.from the saleman to the job 100 stars.

I researched many home back up generators. I ended up going with 22k guardian. It was just installed, so I haven't had any negative experiences yet. Installation went excellent. The 7 year parts and labor warranty was being offered for free when I purchased, this was a big driver in my decision to go with Generac.

The generator is unobtrusive and the sound it makes when we were without power was welcome (as were the lights and HVAC)! The mobile link feature, however, needs to be improved (set up was a challenge even for someone with a technology background). But that is a minor complaint compared to the security of having power when it is needed.

I had my 22kw whole home generator installed 12/8/2016 and now I have no fear of an extended power outage. This is the time of the year that we have most of our inclement weather and the forecasts don't seem to bother me at all now. The installation process could not have gone any smoother. The whole generator is smaller than my outside central ac unit. Thanks for a great product.

My generator was installed today by a great team, including an electrician.They worked very efficiently and explained all the features of this generator afterwards. I had it installed for my piece of mind. I hope I never lose power but, if I do, my entire house is covered and, the best thing, is that I never have to do a thing. It's all automatic!

Our generator worked for two years and then we received an error. After five repairs and more parts being shipped - we have requested a replacement since we no longer trust the current generator to function properly. We are working with Generac to see if they grant our request. With one denial behind us, they have agreed to review with a higher source and we are hopeful they will do the right thing by us. We will submit an update once we get to the end of this request. So far, everyone at Generac has been professional and seems to be genuinely concerned about our request. More to come.

Our 24kw Guardian Generator was installed yesterday. Ordered in October but due to hurricanes in our state, all generators are on backorder. Our Generac installer arrived at 8am and was done by Noon. Had a certified plumber installing our NG line on site as well. Everything went flawlessly. Generator tested, ran everything in our home and is now in standby and online via Mobile Link. Purchased a 10 year warranty for peace of mind. We have had 2 hurricanes and a recent winter ice storm impact our power in the past 12 months......and we live in town! Now, we are ready for this season!

Although I am waiting for the gas company to get the fuel lines ran, the installation came off without a hitch. Relaying on the Generac reputation, I am expecting it to run reliably for years to come. As an electrician that has installed several other brands, this was a easy installation. Our generator was installed a 5 days ago and we have already reaped the benefits of the installation. Only one day after installation and activation we had a power outage for approximately 4.5 hours. I expect that it will serve us well in future outage events.
