We have experienced several power outages in our home over the past few years. Now that we have a Generac generator, we feel secure and protected. This product has great features such as weekly exercises and Mobile Link, etc. Also, we were very happy with the installation.

While we have not had any power outages so far since installation, I am confident the Generac will provide peace of mind when it powers up to keep our home functioning during an outage. Starting and running 5 minutes each week is a confidence builder that it is ready to be put into use.

We just installed the unit. Test results were good, not able to give 5 stars yet as unit has not had a chance to perform. I’m confident that it will be fine. Was able to get good pricing from local retailer, with added rebate. Professional installation went well. Am very pleased thus far.

They were quick to respond and when speaking to the office staff on the phone they are very helpful and pleasant. I order this unit after my electric service decided to start turning off power depending on weather and wind conditions. We had to wait an long time due to high voulme of generator installs and weather. After suffering thru several power outages due to weather we finally got our unit installed yesterday. They struggled to even get into our house but they managed. The installation was completed yesterday afternoon with 8-19" on snow on the ground. We currently have cold storms on the way hope the power stays on for others but we no longer woory. I would highly recommend this product for peace of mind and power outages

From the time I first contacted the Generator SuperCenter about the Generac standby home generator system everyone super friendly extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. When it came to the installation and setup did a great job and cleaned up and the setup went really great. Frank the technician checked out everything got everything running tested it severally times to make sure everything was working correctly then he went over and explained every part of the system and answered any questions that I may have. This generator is so quiet that I don't even realize when it comes on. My electricity was out for over 30 minutes, and I didn't even realize it was off. I received a notice from my electric company that it had been restored. The test run comes on once a week and I forget to see if it works because I don't hear it. My neighbor's generator makes so much noise when it comes on that I can hear it anywhere in my house. I absolutely recommend this generator!!

Bought at a common big-box home improvement store for $1800 and change (including the upgraded 10 year warranty)....much cheaper than the staggering $4899 suggested list on the website. Installed easily. I did it "hot" so as not to need inspections or involve power company by pulling meter. Spent about $150 on some flex conduit, wire, fittings, etc. Had trouble getting it to connect to WiFi,. Spent two hour plus long sessions on phone with customer service ladies who were clearly working from home. They were nice ladies... friendly and did their best, but they were clearly working off a script or flowchart, and I would rather talk to someone who has had their hands dirty installing one before.. Ultimately she told me i needed 2 GHZ wifi when I was using 5 Ghz.. Bought a repeater to separate the bands and now I'm good. Also bought the option lifting hole plastic covers for a better finished appearance.
