Guardian 22 KW GenSet plus 200A ATS installed by Doug Williford and Sons at lake house in Sabine County Texas on 2/28/2022 with no problems. Propane System installed next day. First test came a few days later when we lost utility power for 30 minutes. Gen Set started up and powered house just fine. Shut down as expected when power was restored. Great addition to the lake house. Only issue is it took 10 months from time of order date to install date. Suggest you start the process real early. Doug Williford and Sons was great to work with.

We live in rural area, known for electric utility random outages, so we decided to get ready for the next outage. Our 24KW generator with automatic transfer switch powers up our whole house; HVAC, water heater, range, oven, dryer, well pump, security system, lights, TVs, etc. We invited proposals from a couple contractors. We talked with a few of Balanced Electric's other customers and they gave us a thumbs up recommendation. Our project was done in about 8 weeks, and we're now ready for winter weather. We have had our 24kW Guardian unit for just over one year now. We reside in Houston, TX area and are thus exposed to hurricanes, tropical storms, and even winter freezes. Each of these weather events can disrupt power, for a few hours to a few days, or more. I have an 87 year old mother-in-law that lives in a home just over a mile from us. Thus, our decision for backup power was as much for her as for ourselves. Our unit runs our entire 3,100 sq.ft. home, including a 5-ton AC, and a pool. Shock Doc Electrical in League City was referred by Generac and they did an excellent job on the installation. Worth every penny for the peace of mind!

Have lost power four times in the last twelve months due to trees falling on utility lines and taking power out. Decided to purchase a whole house backup generator and after researching products, chose the Generac 22kw. It has a quick response as soon as power loss is detected, can supply power to run heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer, City inspector said the installation was first class and was impressed with running of power cable from electrical box to the generator’s location on the opposite side of the house near the gas meter. Natural gas connection was anchored with multiple safety cut offs of the gas for safety, if needed.. WiFi monitoring allows instant update on status of the generator. The generator is the lifeline to the house and annual maintenance provides peace of mind and assurance the generator is ready to go when needed. Great investment for our home and our lifestyle.

Our dealer,Findlay Generator Systems, carefully analyzed our needs with us and within a week our kw22 was installed and working. While we have not yet had a power outage, our Generac tests itself every Wednesday and it's comforting to know that, regardless whether we are home or away, the house essentially protects itself from harm. We should have bought one a long time ago!

We purchased this unit for our home after we experienced a tornado that came through our town last year. We have been more than pleased with the appearance and features of our unit. The Wi-fi feature is especially nice to have. We feel more than prepared for any weather that may cause a long term power outage in our again.

We had been researching stand-by generators for our home for the past two years and received two quotes from Generac Dealers in our area. The quotes were comprehensive and thoroughly explained. The dealer we chose completed the installation on time and as promised with quality workmanship from a 3 person crew. We are exceedingly happy with our choice of product, its performance to date and most particularly with our choice of dealer and the support they have provided. In anticipation of the purchase, we knew it would be as if we were buying a new car. Family and friends who had it encouraged us and we were not sure where to go to make the purchase. We were absolutely amazed at the company where we bought the system and their support of the products. We are relieved after the installation and look forward to years of great service of the new product to maintain operations in the house when power outages occur.

It is hard to review a product that was installed on April 4, 2023 and still not operational. There have been multiple delays (installation, correcting gas line, failing electrical inspection and a faulty part). In addition, they get in no hurry to address these problems with 2 to 3 weeks in between each issue. 2 1/2 months later we have what is essentially a very expensive lawn ornament. I am hoping that we might have a working generator by no later than fall at this rate. Very frustrated and completely unsatisfied with not only Generac themselves, but their approved installer as well

As my wife and I age we have been doing what we can to make our home easier to live in as we get ready for retirement. Our county in Maine is experiencing some strong winds from an unusual direction for us and causing large area blackouts. We our one of a few with this type of generator on our and other than the internet being disrupted for a couple of we have no disruption in our daily routine.
