I'm past retirement age and live in a rural area. It's nice to not have to worry about power outages.

Have not had to use this yet but feel very confident that system would be seamless if/when we lost power.

Installed about six months ago. Weekly exercise starts reliably every week. No real world demand situations yet.

Generator was a very important add to home. Being on the end of a power grid,,power is lost more often. Working fine now.

The Generator looks nice. The app is very handy and luckily I haven’t had to really use it too much so far but it’s there and ready when we need it.

Crew showed up and went to work, one day was estimated and the job was done as promised. I just stayed out of the way and they went about the job as if it were changing a lightbulb. No delays, had all of the piping and electrical materials. Ran tests and explained how the machinery works. Answered all of our questions. Handed over the keys and manuals and we were quite satisfied. Job well done. Now I can laugh when thunderstorms hit.

Living in the country has always been a challenge regarding the community power grid. Innumerable power outages have always been the constant. Having a home based business with VPN for remote employees increased the criticality of having an auxiliary power source. Enter the Guardian 22k Generac ! Not only are we now able to power up our house in toto 24/7 with security in the event of a systemic failure...but we are also now protecting our company's ability to service our partner base thanks to Generac and the Guardian 22k. This BECAME a primary component of our business disaster recovery plan....and the install having been completed - we are all breathing much easier now. :) R
