Hightower Electric was an excellent choice for obtaining our Generac standby automatic generator system. Mike Lowrey explained the correct sizing of the generator needed and dealing with local gas utility. He obtained the permits from the township, kept us informed of schedule progress, performed the work on the agreed date and scheduled the two township inspections required before final acceptance. He offered as an add-on option a replacement of our home's old main electrical panel box with new circuit breakers and proper grounding. There were no surprises, in terms of project scope, schedule and cost.

The GENERAC 24kw backup generator provides home coverage in the case of an outage. Boyland Electric of Laytonsville, MD staff provided excellent service during decision and installation process. The installation, by Boyland Electric, exceeded our expectations as they arrived on time each day and kept the working area clean of debris throughout the installation. I'm very satisfied with the product. The installation process was okay - my lawn is still a mess. Additionally, the company (ARK Generator) has yet (waiting for two months) to provide documentation on the 10 Year Warranty and assist me in setting up MobilLink.

The Generator Centre staff were very knowledgeable and professional. The installation was done efficiently. I cannot comment on the performance of the generator itself as it was installed on April 20th and the propane tanks have not been installed as of yet. We have not used the generator.

I had been looking at other backup generators and I got a quote from another brand.. They were $2500+ higher than the Generac 7209 and I got a bigger unit! 24K vs 20K Folks had it installed in a day and then next day we had an hour power disruption. Generator worked like a charm. Could not have been anymore pleased. Didn't have a problem with 3500ft home electrical needs.

Installation was completed a week ago just ahead of a heavy wet snowfall. We wondered if we would be protected if the power failed and woke the next morning to hear the motor humming along. Power was lost during the night but the generator never missed a beat powering up immediately and giving us a welcome sound. Peace of mind is worth the investment.

Installation of our generator with operational orientation completed on 2-09-21. Wonderful expert installation along with attention to customer service was 5 stars. Just this morning had a quick first time power outage. With in seconds generator kicked in. Comfort level and peace of mind is priceless.

It was installed in a timely fashion. The crew was on time. They cleaned up afterwards. I was very impressed with their knowledge and skills. Generator looks great. It’s quiet. Runs strong. The only downside is that bright green light when it’s dark. So much for being inconspicuous at night. Lol. I highly recommend this product. Actually I already have to 3 neighbors. Installation of a 24,000 KW Generac standby home generator was completed today. Generac and NewGen made this a very satisfying experience. The Generac appears to be a quality built unit. The included seven year warranty is a welcomed feature. NewGen Electric performed a flawless installation. The overall experience was gratifying.
