I just today had Serial Number: 000000003010512219 Unit Description: 22KW/999 GUARD-NO T/SW AL installed at my home I got the unit from local provider here in Houston, TX Wired Generators I was impressed with the workers that did the installation and being powered by natural gas I do not have the worry of filling a gasoline tank or change out a propane tank. I was also pleased with the low noise level when it was running. Last year I was without power for 11 days during freezing cooled weather and being on the Gulf Coast have hurricanes to deal with as well.

It works as advertised. But, it is much louder than I ever expected. I do not understand why Generac can not come up with a way to muffle the exhaust. In that it is only used in emergencies, I can put up with the noise. I am not sure how my neighbors will feel about it.

I have a 22 sq ft home with a 500 BTU industrial strength air conditioning unit installed. My house is located in the middle of Sumter South Carolina city limits. I can lose power up to four times a week. This Generac series restores power like I never lost it. In fact just this past week I lost power three times and twice in the same day. This Generac 22KW prevented my wife and I from being late to work on at least one of those days. I am so glad we installed this series Generac. Again, it restores power on a 22 sq ft home and a 90 sq ft shop at the same time with no problems.

One week after installation we lost power and my Generac engaged within 20 seconds and ran for the next four hours. This unit runs smoothly and quietly. Simple design blends nicely with my house. Looking forward its reliability this coming winter. Would recommend installation for any home for the piece of mind it gives.

We live in Florida where power outages are frequent. I have cancer and am going thru chemo treatments. Being without power is very dangerous to me, so this back up whole house power supply is a must. I wish insurance would pay part of the cost, but at least the generator adds to the value of our home and gives my wife and I Pease of mind. I was very pleased with the subs that did the install. I looked at a lot of generators, and this one I was most impressed with. It has all the bells and whisles that I was looking for. With the 200A transfer box I didn't have to pick and choose witch breaker to use, it fires up the hole box. We had a 2 hour power outage last night and the generator started up around 20 seconds, and it was like the power didn't go off. Very happy!!! MM

For years we have fought through Florida hurricanes and thunderstorms that knockout power for various periods of time. Now, finally, we have our whole-house Generac and couldn't be happier. Just having the peace of mind knowing we will never be without power is worth the investment.

Our generator was installed August 6, 2020 but we are waiting on the propane tanks to be installed before start up can occur. There seems to be a shortage of tanks right now. Jason II, Eli and Johnny from Holly Electric did an excellent job with the installation.

I had the same model (22KW - 7043 N/G) at my previous residence. It was in Indialantic, FL - on the barrier island. I've recently moved, and wanted to get another Generac. Since my second home was approximately the same size, it was a no-brainer. Living on the Space Coast - Melbourne/Cocoa Beach, FL., having a generator is a bit more important than it would be in some other parts of the country. Not being a statistician, I had to roughly calculate the value of this over time. I've basically figured out that when combining lost items in the fridge/freezer (times 2), and the expected mold/mildew that would likely set in before this snowbird to return home, this purchase would pay for itself easily over the course of it's life expectancy. While we've not had any hurricanes yet this year, I've already lost power twice due to thunderstorms. Those interruptions were short, but it's nice to know that had they been any longer, life would have continued without missing a beat. I do like all of the features of this unit, and have great peace of mind knowing that it's ready to go when needed.

Just had this generator installed about three weeks ago, after a four month wait from Generac. We lost power just last night due to heavy winds and downed power lines. As expected, this generator kicked right on and we never missed a beat. I can't say enough good about our installation company, "All Install" . They kept me informed throughout the entire wait time and as soon as the generator came in from Generac they put me on the schedule for install. The install team was very thorough and accommodating in helping choose the circuits that would run on this generator. A+++ for All Install
