It took a few months to have my GENERAC delivered and installed. It looks great and it is quiet. I've had portable generators and I got by with them. But you have to go buy gas for a few days and store it. As luck would have it the power didn't go out. But now NO MORE OF THAT HASSLE. MY GENERAC IS HOOKED TO NATURAL GAS. COOLEST PIECE OF EQUIPMENT I'VE EVER OWNED!

PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST IDEAS / PRODUCTS IN THE LAST TWENTY-[20] YEARS. RELAIBLE, EXCELLENT FEATURES AND TECHNOLOGY AND BEST OF ALL PEACE OF MIND FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY DURING SIMPLE POWER FAILURES AND/OR ADSVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS.... GO GENERAC!!!

I have not had this generator for very long. The only thing I can state is with the cable designed to be used with generator the installation was very straight forward and went very easy. The most difficult piece was the cable was not very flexible in cold conditions. More will follow as generator gets used.

I've wanted to install a generator for several years now but pulled the trigger when they offered a 10 year extended warranty option for free. The install process went well but took about 11 hours to do. The finished product looked good. I wish there was an option of some colors because the buscuit color sticks out against a darker color house. The dealer, Lee Legler, did a great job and answered all my questions. The first test run went well. I also like the app you have that lets the homeowner monitor the generator's status.

Everything about this generator is excellent. The only two issues were we had to wait 18 months to get it installed because the dealer couldn’t get it from the factory in a timely fashion. Also I was denied the free extra warranty because I “bought it before the program date”. Even though I didn’t get it delivered to me. Not cool. The dealer did a great job on the installation.

The quality, features and appearance sold me on my Generac backup generator. Combine that with a 1st class installation from my electrical contractor, “SKA Electric” from Stoney Point, NY 10980, I’m extremely happy. SKA ‘s excellent installation and knowledge of the Generac Generator, with its excellent features and quality, is the combination I was looking for. I’m very happy to share this review.

As an electrical contractor we install many Generac 22kw generators period after installing a bunch of them I had to get one for my self. After Hurricane Matthew running off a small generator just did not cut it so we installed the 22kw with a 200 amp automatic transfer switch at my own house. My wife thought it wasn't necessary and then hurricane Irma hit. 4 days without power, well let me restate that for days with my neighbors without power but not us. It was just like having the power on but it was all generator. It ran everything from our Central AC to even the hot tub which we left on by accident. Everyone says it uses a lot of propane but I say no it does not it is very propane efficient. We have 120 gallon propane tank that is filled up to 80%, after four days straight of use it was down to 45%. To me that was amazing. Just to have all our Lights TV air conditioning two different refrigerators and many more items running was a dream. Thank you Generac for making such a great product

First and foremost thank you to Metro Electric for the exceptional customer service and installation. The team is spot on from the time they arrived until the job was finished and they left everything as neat and tidy as if they were not even here working. This was a tremendous purchase for our household and I can't wait until the power goes out. Anyone living with a well and septic knows how difficult life becomes when the lights go out! It has been four weeks and still waiting to solidify why this was the best decision ever. I'm sure it will be worth it! Thank you Generac for the extended warranty and I am certain what will be a quality product.

We had our generator hooked up 2 days before hurricane Irma hit Florida Sept. 2017. We never lost one second of power at our house ,all our family brought there food to put in our freezer,so not only our family was helped out in the storm. We now have 3 other familys that are getting there own Generac. Thank you Generac for having a great product you truly was a comfort to us for 6 long days .

Due to covid & the resulting supply chain backup it took 7 months to receive our generator & due to Winter weather several more to have our tank buried & the generator operational. No power outages yet but every weekend the unit starts like a charm & goes through the exercise period. Our dealer, Cox Electric of North Kingstown, RI & propane company, Consumer Propane of Woonsocket, RI were excellent to deal with. Generac has a great reputation & I'm confident were going to be very happy when the next power outage comes around.
