This is a wonderfully looking brand new generator, I just wished it could run and generate electricity. I'm offered a five year warranty, but the service people say it will be 2+ weeks before they can get to it, and it will cost $250 for the first hour of diagnosis. No point in saying anything critical about the produce since you will not post a critical review. American quality is a thing to behold, and mourn.

My generator installation was completed today. Now I won't need to worry any more about a power failure that takes us out for days. No more feeding gasoline to a generator late at night in bad weather. I'm impressed with the customer interface and reliability measures.

just had the system professionally installed. Premier Power out of Jacksonville was great to work with and very knowledgeable. when we did the training I was surprised as to how loud the system is. it happens to be near the master bedroom (no other option), but i figured when we need the power it might be music to our ears. we can always go sleep in the living room. we are very satisfied with both equipment and quality of dealer.

This is the second 22KW generator that I have purchased. The first one was over 5 years ago and performed flawlessly. I remember one Christmas season the power went out and we were the only ones on the street who had their outdoor lights on. The new unit for our current house is great and I liked that they were able to fit the transfer switch inside our house. Great product and terrific installers.

Kent done a great from start to finish. He explained every thing from quoting to starting up and testing the generator. Alan ran the installation crew and workers and stayed with them the whole time they were installing the generator and transfer switch. Kent explained maint. For the generator and set up the free monitor that came with the generator and has it send progress reports to him and my iPad. He went out of the way to make sure everything in needed was took care of.

This generator makes dealing with power outages easy. Have it professionally installed and you don't even realize it's there until your neighbors power is out and your the only house on the block with all your lights on, now that's a good feeling. When the generator kicks on it's pretty quiet, just sounds like your neighbor is mowing there lawn. The Generator has a nice sleek design, looks great next to the house, no enclosed fence needed to hide it. Very happy with my purchase , Looking forward to the next power outage.

Had this generator installed by a local authorized Generac dealer. It looks good, and I like the fact that it has the green light on the side to let you know it's ready for use. It's realitivley quiet for a 22kw generator, but the noise the generator makes isn't bad compared to having no power!

We have just had the generator installed so I am not able at this time to speak as to the dependable service of the generator. However I was most impressed with the service personnel at Platinum Electrical who installed the generator. They made the installation process a very comfortable one.Both my wife and I were grateful for the professionalism they displayed. They answered all our questions and confirmed in our minds that the purchase of the generator was the right decision.

I used Generac website to find a certified installer and found one in my neighborhood. They came out and done a whole house evaluation to determine my power load and suggested I needed a 22K model 7043 along with a 200 amp smart module for my 2645 sq foot home . I can’t stress enough you should use a certified installer to cover the Generac warranty. I have seen some of the bad reviews due to shabby institutions and they have nothing but problems which are not covered under warranty and the people had to pay to have a certified Generac installer to fix the problem. If they would have done that from the start their wouldn’t been any issues. I used McQuagge Electric Company here in ST. Cloud,Fl and there installation included the 3in hurricane pad, battery, 200 amp automatic transfer switch, along with a 200 amp smart module plus permits. Since I already had Blossman gas bury my 250 gallon propane tank for my spa heater I had Blossman run a line to the generator also. McQuagge Electric Company even checks to make sure the propane line is correctly installed before they even do a test run. They check anything and everything to make sure there are no issues, very professional company. The cost of the generator, hurricane pad, battery, and smart module cost as much as the installation. Which was not cheap but you Get what you pay for . Since the complete installation is not done yet I cannot comment on how good the unit works. I will do that later. I called Generac and received a 7 year warranty since they were running a ad on TV.
