I am very impressed with the quality of this generator. It has a good appearance and fits very well in my backyard. The generator is reasonably quiet. I haven't yet needed it for a power outage but I am confident it will perform as it is supposed to.

In anticipation of the purchase, we knew it would be as if we were buying a new car. Family and friends who had it encouraged us and we were not sure where to go to make the purchase. We were absolutely amazed at the company where we bought the system and their support of the products. We are relieved after the installation and look forward to years of great service of the new product to maintain operations in the house when power outages occur.

Our generator was installed a couple of weeks ago. I cannot praise the guys who sold and installed the unit highly enough! We're hit by a natural disaster (tornado, hurricane) and lose power from a few days to weeks about every 2 years. We're due; however, this time we are prepared! Now, when the weather turns ugly, we don't cringe and worry how long the power outage will last. The peace of mind is worth the cost. I highly recommend purchasing this unit. .

I live within 75 miles of the coastal Carolinas. I've finally had all I can take of losing my power. I couldn't tell you the number of times I have watched the commercials for Generac products at the beginning of every hurricane season and say, "Yeah, I seriously need to install a whole house generator." Then we would get hit and there I am without power! Well portable generators have their limits, not to mention my age, so I finally got smart and purchased a whole house Generac generator. WOW! To think that it was so easy and the greatest bang for the buck! Made in the USA (Quality) Low fuel consumption (Economical), and a very quiet unit when it is running. That was the biggest surprise for me. A gracious warranty and great customer service. I call them the friendly problem solvers. They will call back to follow up and assure your complete satisfaction. My hats off to Generac Corp. and all of the folks that produce such fine products!

Product looks nice, installation went smoothly, worked with my schedule to get it installed and start-up. It was started up this morning ran smooth and quiet technician explained the operation and set up of weekly test schedule. Overall satisfied with installation and startup. Price seemed a little high. We now have a backup power which is what we were after no more outages to worry about!!

As an electrical contractor we install many Generac 22kw generators period after installing a bunch of them I had to get one for my self. After Hurricane Matthew running off a small generator just did not cut it so we installed the 22kw with a 200 amp automatic transfer switch at my own house. My wife thought it wasn't necessary and then hurricane Irma hit. 4 days without power, well let me restate that for days with my neighbors without power but not us. It was just like having the power on but it was all generator. It ran everything from our Central AC to even the hot tub which we left on by accident. Everyone says it uses a lot of propane but I say no it does not it is very propane efficient. We have 120 gallon propane tank that is filled up to 80%, after four days straight of use it was down to 45%. To me that was amazing. Just to have all our Lights TV air conditioning two different refrigerators and many more items running was a dream. Thank you Generac for making such a great product

Installation and operation of Guardian +200A was fast and easy to test. The redesigned 22KW unit looks great and code panel is easy to understand. The test startup after fuel line attached was instant start after 2 cranks. 2nd test after install of electric switch over was instant start and had electric flowing in 6 seconds. This will make our home easier to maintain now without worries of weather or Electric company problems delivering needed power. We now can take vacations and not have to worry about electric outages.

Our Generac dealer guided us in giving the information we needed to make a decision that was right for us. The installation process was quick and easy. Although we hope we don't need to use this product too much, we feel safe and comfortable knowing that it is there.

I looked at someone's Generac that was installed by Metro Elec. and was impressed with the workmen ship and he highly recommended them. I called them and had one installed. They were very courteous and the job was completed professionally in one day. When completed they explained the system how it works and answered any questions I had. I experienced one issue later on with the Wi-Fi. They came out the next day and replaced it. No issues anymore.
