We are very satisfied with our purchase. Our power has gone off two times, and our generator went on within 30 seconds each time. GREAT!lowell

This is the second General generator I have had installed in a house. Both have been flawless. Highly recommended.

works great, not obtrusive looking, easy accessibility to service. Sure its a lot of dough but when the storms arrive, I am have no wants!

I have not had to use it so far. I have only had it for approximately two weeks. I hope, if it is needed, the circumstance will not be devastating.

I purchased this generator set and had it delivered and installed within a week. What more can you ask for

We had a minor power failure the other night and as advertised it cam on. However in about 20 seconds the power cam back on. So it worked

We are very happy with the Generac purchased. Came on quickly when power was loss during a storm recently. Highly recommend.

Had this unit for one year to the day. Used it during an ice storm and it failed on day 3. Luckily our dealer replaced it with a new one.

Generator was a very important add to home. Being on the end of a power grid,,power is lost more often. Working fine now.

Final sign off was at the end of Jan 2026 and already (Feb 26, 2026) it has successfully covered a 10 hour outage.
