Our dealer/installer Absolute Solar and Energy Solutions installed our backup generator today. The installers were very professional, skilled, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I was very impressed. They handled all aspects of the job to provide a turn-key solution which I very much appreciated. The generator worked flawlessly during the tests which leaves me with confidence that it will be there when my family needs it the most. We also installed the mobile link wifi monitoring app on my smartphone so that I can check the status of the generator from anywhere at any time. I highly recommend Generac generators.

We just had this installed last week the 14th to the 17th . no power outages yet but we are ready now for them. It looks nice appearance wise . The only thing that scared the beegeebees out of me was we were told every other Wed it would turn on at noon for 15 mins BUT it turned on at midnight for 7 mins Wed night woke us up out of a dead sleep . So we do need to figure out how to change time on that . kind of comical we had a good laugh .

Swain Electric was easy to work with and took great lengths to get us the proper sign for our 2-story home. We wanted the Generac generator because of its recognizability and reliability. It took an extensive perior of time because the installed (no longer w/ Swain) did not pay attention to City requirements, but we are very pleased with the unit. It is placed out of sight and is actually quite quiet. Final hook-up and instructions on how to operate the unit went very smoothly. We were amazed how relatively easy it is to operate. Bought and paid for the wi if remote subscription $50 a year back in October 2020; was connected once for about a week cannot connect and have basically paid for the subscription but still cannot connect, my wi fie signal is around 30% which is considered strong but no connection, that’s my only complaint

Ordered from Home Depot September 17th and arrived September 27th. Great delivery service. They set it down right where I needed to install. Beats paying the mark-up at Generator Super Center. The unit works great! Did not lose a beat when the power went off. The noise level was not noticeable from inside the house. Murphy Electric installed and did a very professional job.

Just went through 5 days without power in Michigan after a recent ice storm. My new 18kw generator performed flawlessly for 5 days powering my entire house. Temperatures got down into upper teens at night and upper 20s to low 30s on a couple days. I have real peace of mind knowing my power is backed up!

Just had the Generac 18KW GUARDIAN-NO T/SW AL whole house generator installed yesterday. Haven't had a chance to see it in motion, but it gives us great peace of mind knowing that should our power go out our home heating and sump pump will continue to work as needed. we plan to do some traveling so being away from home at times we won't have to worry about a flooded basement or food in the freezer going bad if the power were to go out. I also need to mention the added value to our home should we decide to sell this house. Having a generator adds extra value. Thanks Generac.

Most of my buying and install was a very good experience. Everyone was friendly and eager to answer my questions. My one big complaint is there was no low stage propane valve installed when the gas lines were installed.The propane company now has to install a low pressure valve on the generator at an additional cost to me. Not very happy about that as it should have been installed when the line was installed. When your sales guy comes to your house ask questions! Get everything you expect on the quote!
