Brent at Browning Power Systems in Michigan and Clint at Generac were awesome to work with! Brent gave us a couple of options for generators. He was on site thru the entire installation & took care of all the little details. Greatly appreciated all he did & look forward to having a working generator when needed!

Our Generac generator was just installed. Installation was quick and professional. It seems that the operation of the unit will be pretty much self-sufficient. While we haven't had the opportunity to use it yet, I am confident that it will perform just as we were told. We are usually one of the last homes to get power back because of our rural location so the peace of mind knowing that our sump pumps, furnace, well, and freezers will run in the event of a power outage is immense.

Installed Dec 2019, Westhaven, would listen to it start up and run every two weeks for 10 minutes to keep itself ready. Power went out January 2021 for two days, it fired up 10 seconds after power went out and never shut down. Ran everything in the house no problem and we were the only ones around able to do everything we normally do in our house. Had friends come over in the morning to go duck hunting and they said it was weird as we were only home with lights on. Best investment ever !!!!!!!!

In our former home, we had a 20kw Generac Guardian. In our new home, we now have the 22kw model and it is even quieter that our previous unit. Plus, we have the the Cold Weather Kit. Our older generator never failed to start, although sometimes it did crank a time or two before "kicking over." With the Cold Weather Kit, I now can sleep with both eyes closed. Tom M.

As my wife and I age we have been doing what we can to make our home easier to live in as we get ready for retirement. Our county in Maine is experiencing some strong winds from an unusual direction for us and causing large area blackouts. We our one of a few with this type of generator on our and other than the internet being disrupted for a couple of we have no disruption in our daily routine. We had it installed on Jan 20, 2021...and of course, we haven't had an outage yet. Every Monday at Noon, it exercise's itself and I noticed it didn't really start on the first try, it stumbled. On the second try it would start. I contacted my dealer and they checked it out to find that the fuel pin gasket was twisted and the fuel regulator/diaphragm unit needed to be replaced. They did it on the spot and its been working fine ever since. Must have been a factory issue. Was very happy with the dealers response.

After years of hurricanes and the thought of losing power for sometimes days I finely have no worries.If your tired of trying to find fuel before and after a storm so you can have just the basics in life with a portable generator that most times wont start when you need it, this is a must..Its cost will pay for itself over the years I will not have to suffer in the heat after a fla hurricane..Im very happy I chose to get this installed and the peace of mind it will bring will be well worth it..

Since the Generator was installed, we have not lost electrical power to our home .However, we expect the Generator to perform as advertised. We were surprised at the number times the installer had to come back to get the Mobile Link feature operational. All in all, we are very pleased with the price, product and warranty.

This brand new unit installed yesterday, 12/23/24, will not stay running and smokes after a short lived start up. Shows a code of 1207. Panel light on, power light and auxiliary switches are on. Air cleaner duct not attached, back rail of unit bent and unit has small dents upon receipt.
