Local dealer did what he said he was going to do and did it when he said it would be done. Very pleases with the dealer and his service

Basically a good product for its purpose, but it is a bit louder than expected. Minor issues with one lock being difficult to engage.

Works as expected had a power outage for 3 days last summer due to Mathew. Generator never missed a beat

Wish the product was somewhat quieter. Install was ok. An operating manual was never provided. Appreciate knowing it is there when it will be needed.

So far little use and that's a good thing...needed to function a couple short outages and it worked as installed..very happy so far.

My Generac was installed 4 months ago. So far it turns on weekly for exercise, but we have not had a power outage to use it.

Great value for a piece of mind. Was an easy installation and cant believe I waited so long to buy unit

Not had to use it yet but great peace of mind...65 and living alone. Do not like to "play olden days" with not creature comforts!

This generator is good, but was most impressed with the workers who installed the unit. Professional, neat, courteous.

As I stated I am very happy with the way the generator works however I have not had it a complete year. I've only used it on a short time usage.
