I now have peace of mind knowing that the next power outage will not mean disruption of medical device use and loss of heat due to ice storms. I live in a rural area and winter ice storms and summer thunderstorms mean loss of power 2 to 4 times a year. My wife and I can now rest assured that we do not have to try to relocate due to power outages. We will be warm and safe from travel during ice storms and cool during summer storms.

As part of the purchasing process of Generac whole home generators. Certified Generac installers should be contracted to install the generators. Electrician and Plumbers can hook the generators up correctly. But if there's an issue with the generators and aren't functional or will not star. They will not have the knowledge to identify the problem in order to get the generators repaired. Fyi, that's issue I faced. It took almost a month after purchasing to get my 26kw functioning properly.

Our generator was placed into service on 10/7/2022. Since then, it has often failed to start for its weekly exercise period (on10/11/2022, 2/8/2023, 4/6/2023, 4/10/2023, 4/20/2023 and 5/12/2023 to be specific). It keeps the service technician very busy for a seven-month-old machine. We have very little confidence that our generator will start if we experience a power outage.

Don't have operational time yet but all went very well with install of 22Kw and transfer switch that we placed inside the garage. Startup process proved system easily took the house without issues. Only two people (until a storm hits :>) ) and 2600 Sq Ft place. Write another review when the system is needed/used for the first real event.

I got my generator installed yesterday. It works great and keep the whole house electricity to run. I got it from Suburban service Group. I would like to specially commend our two installers Bob and Louis. They were both very professional, courteous, and kind. They worked professionally, very clean, and patiently, answered all our questions. They came on time and they worked diligently. I could not have chosen a better generator and a better company to install the generator with.

Having to listen to our neighbors generator kick on immediately after our neighborhood has power lost and knowing they are sitting in their home comfortably (with their a/c running) while we are left with no electric, no a/c (in Florida) we finally decided to get our automatic standby generator installed. Best. Decision. Ever! The process from beginning to end was effortless. We purchased our Generac generator from Holly Electric (Donald and Crystal were awesome!) and they handled everything! The installers Jason II, Eli, and Johnny were professional and friendly and not only installed our generator but cleaned up after themselves including making sure the generator was wiped down free of handprints (Thanks Jason!) a small gesture that showed me he takes pride in his work! I now have peace of mind especially when it comes to the possibility of power loss during hurricane season.

We had this installed at our elderly mother's home to offer the security she needs. She is on oxygen and her battery-operated oxygen generator will only last a few hours. Not only does the generator itself offer piece of mind but the fact that we can see via the app that everything is working properly adds a whole new layer of assurance. In addition, the monitoring service helps the whole family sleep better knowing that our mother's needs are being met and it is hassle-free.

I am very happy with my new Generac generator and the stand which is sits on, allowing it to remain above the snow in the Winter. It is hard to review a product that was installed on April 4, 2023 and still not operational. There have been multiple delays (installation, correcting gas line, failing electrical inspection and a faulty part). In addition, they get in no hurry to address these problems with 2 to 3 weeks in between each issue. 2 1/2 months later we have what is essentially a very expensive lawn ornament. I am hoping that we might have a working generator by no later than fall at this rate. Very frustrated and completely unsatisfied with not only Generac themselves, but their approved installer as well

Purchased and installed 18 months ago. LPG fuel, whole-house coverage. To date it has powered our home for a total of 57 hours, with the longest single run being 31 hours. We live in a heavily-treed area where most power lines are above ground. Any time there's a windstorm, there's a good chance of a power outage. We depend on electricity for our water supply and to keep the house warm and pipes from freezing. Very pleased with the reliability and capability of this unit.
