We added system monitoring and they do an excellent job when antenna sent a weakened signal they sent a crew to boost antenna COULD NOT BE HAPPIER

The truth is, we haven't had occasion to use it since installation 6 months ago. I guess you could say we've been lucky with ours...

We have not needed to use the generator yet, but it runs fine on either natural gas or propane. Automatic testing works well.

Now with the hurricane Dorian treating south Florida for a direct hit, we instal the Generac and that is peace of mind.

Basically a good product for its purpose, but it is a bit louder than expected. Minor issues with one lock being difficult to engage.

Wonderful product and it make us smile every time it comes on. Great comfort in the sunset of our lives.

Can not give a full rating for a good reason. Have not had to use the unit!! From all appearance this is a very good unit for the price.

I had a 12 KW for 10 years and upgraded to a 22 KW. Much quieter and give us a peace of mind that when the power goes out, we are ready!

Got it in just before Hurricane Matthew and was able to move my two elderly parents for the storm. Also able to help some neighbors.

This is a nice looking piece of equipment. I feel confident about it and it's doing what ever I might need. B.W.Baber
