Awesome product! Seamless transition to generator power! Great feeling being the only house on the block with lights when the power goes out!

It gives us peace of mind knowing that if and when the power goes out we don’t have to worry because everything is automatic as far as backup power.

The ordering and installation went smoothly. All seems well be we have not experienced a power outage to test its real function and voracity.

Only installed !/1/17. Test run was successful and met requirements. So far so good! Send me another survey in 6 months.

The Genrac was easy to install, works great, and is simple to maintain. The design fits well with our landscaping.

Great have 22K unit starts in all weather conditions as low as -8 degrees and it runs the entire house

Haven't had to use the generator more than a few minutes. Kicked in quickly and took over, keeping us up and running in the house.

I have not had to use it so far. I have only had it for approximately two weeks. I hope, if it is needed, the circumstance will not be devastating.
