We had our 1st power outage yesterday & in 5 sec. the power came on with the generator. It was great!

We have had this product for amost 1 yr now. So far have not needed it but sure is nice to know it is there when we do need it.

Never lose power awesom product. Does its job and keeps me running some would say its loud but when ur power is off you rly dknt care

I have not had to use it so far. I have only had it for approximately two weeks. I hope, if it is needed, the circumstance will not be devastating.

We have not needed to use the generator yet, but it runs fine on either natural gas or propane. Automatic testing works well.

Once the order was placed and charged to the credit card the delivery was quite fast. The installation was easy for a professional.

The only thing i would like to see to improve the generator is to make it run more quite. The whole nieghborhood can hear it when it turns on.

Will know more after we have to use it!!!! It is newly installed and runs it's weekly check and seems to be operating properly

Not had to use it yet but great peace of mind...65 and living alone. Do not like to "play olden days" with not creature comforts!

this is one of the best investments I have made on our farm should have made this purchase much sooner
