I bought my 14kw Generac in August 2025 and with my electrician friend we installed it in one day. The day before I piped up the gas supply lines. We tested unit and connected to WiFi. No problems at all one gear in service.

Bought this unit in the summer of ‘24 and we've had a half dozen black-outs since at the house. And, it's always come thru for us. Couldn't live w/o it.

Purchased this system for peace of mind. I am so happy it is ready and waiting if there is an outage. I am a licensed Electrical contractor and purchased this system for my own home. I had no trouble getting the unit ready for operation.

I had a 5000 watt generator( 13 horse Briggs and Stratton ) I bought for Y2K and this is a huge upgrade for me and I only have to hook it up once this time. 😊. It's always ready for me now. Thx. 😊

Purchased approximately a month ago. Have not had any power outages so cannot fully evaluate unit. Has only run on weekly exercise mode. Should be large enough to handle all power needs of our house.

It's neen 1 year since my install and all is great! we lost power a couple times and without fail the generator kicked in! So nice not having to worry about sump pumps, freezers, etc. Worth the investment!

I was finally able to have a Generac whole home standby generator installed and am glad that I did. I now feel that with this quality setup, I will be free from being at the mercy of power loss from storms and weather related issues from now on.

I just had a 22w installed in my home. I live in Florida six months a year and have a home in Wisconsin. The mobile app was a very important part of my decision and the connectivity my dealer has with my generator closed the deal

I bought this unit over a year ago for my farm in ND. No one live there anymore during the winter so this unit gives me piece of mind as the farm is 100% electric.

I had the generator installed in 2024 and we had a hurricane in September of 2024, and was without electricity for over a week. My genetic worked beautifully. I just love it.
