We love this product....We had a faulty part that was trouble for almost a year but after it was narrowed down and replaced....the 22kw runs like a dream. It's a wonderful item.

Purchased approximately a month ago. Have not had any power outages so cannot fully evaluate unit. Has only run on weekly exercise mode. Should be large enough to handle all power needs of our house.

I had the generator installed in 2024 and we had a hurricane in September of 2024, and was without electricity for over a week. My genetic worked beautifully. I just love it.

We have had our Generac Whole House 22KW generator for 2 years this month. It has performed perfectly. We have a lot of power outages in this area, and this generator has come to the rescue every time! It's the best investment I ever made!

I bought this unit over a year ago for my farm in ND. No one live there anymore during the winter so this unit gives me piece of mind as the farm is 100% electric.

Had the Generac installed on around 7/18/2026 Did weekly maintenance runs , lost power on 8/11/2026 Generator ran for 9 hours and broke down. Took a couple days for service to come check it out had to order parts, Been 3 weeks still no generator

I had a 5000 watt generator( 13 horse Briggs and Stratton ) I bought for Y2K and this is a huge upgrade for me and I only have to hook it up once this time. 😊. It's always ready for me now. Thx. 😊

Purchased a whole house "automatic" generator because I live in a very rural, snowy area. I lost power multiple times last winter. I'm ready for anything this winter.

By good fortune we had our 14kw Whoel House generator installed 3 days before the massive power outage in NW Indiana from high winds and an F1 tornado. Best money we ever spent.

I bought this generator and installation was attempted by a Generac “Elite” dealer and installer. Now, 3 weeks later, and after multiple attempts by the installer, IT STILL DOES NOT WORK! There are battery charging error codes and fuel delivery error codes. If it comes on during the weekly self test it shuts off after 4 minutes, the warning light turns red and it sends a warning that it won’t restart in an emergency. Don’t waste your money buying a Generac 22KW whole house standby generator. Look at other brands that actually work .
