Bought this last year (2025) and it is comforting to know that it is there if I need it. For some reason the utility service has been good and we only had one power failure to test it. Worked very well. It is thunderstorm season now so I am hoping it will run for a few hours.

I purchased this generator about a month and half ago and we are so glad we purchased it.I has done its weekly run without any problems and we had a power outage and the generator came on and shut off without any problems when the power came back on

We purchased a portable generator back in 1999 and used it several times throughout the years. But we are older now and the effort to maintain it and get it operational has become more challenging and so a whole-house "automatic" start generator made more sense.

We have not gotten the installers to come out yet so can't say about the generators function yet

This is my second generac as i had one in my old house, the piece of mind is priceless. Every week it exercises an every time it does i feel protected

Purchased this whole home generator two years ago and it has paid for itself already even though we have not experienced a hurricane during that period of time. 28 days without power after Katrina and 8 days without power after Ida!

We've had this generator for about one year. The motor has totally failed and leaking oil all over the place. The techs came to repair and ended up having to remove the motor and take it back to their shop.

Terrible noise. A waste of money and energy for the generator to be operating when im not home. It should be easy to shut it off when im not home. Its not.

We have had our Generac Whole House 22KW generator for 2 years this month. It has performed perfectly. We have a lot of power outages in this area, and this generator has come to the rescue every time! It's the best investment I ever made!

By good fortune we had our 14kw Whoel House generator installed 3 days before the massive power outage in NW Indiana from high winds and an F1 tornado. Best money we ever spent.
