Love the smaller size, equally powerful, and talks to me! So many updates from the original generator it replaced! Very reassuring getting email alerts telling me it is testing and 'Ready to run'!!! No more guessing if it is working. Direct communication with Generex is an added bonus! Best feature ever!!

After ordering our generator I found out on the Generac website there is an offer I get the warranty extended 2 years if you contact Generac before you order. It seems to me if you buy the product new from an authorized dealer you should be treated the same.

The unit is very sleek The unit was a new investment for our facility Nice material for out side weather The lock system is very difficult to use with the key provided Key dose not fit well in the lock system The owners manual is very nice and user friendly Great trouble shooting guide At of this time we have no input about the function of this unit. The unit should met our needs. It should be reviewed at the end of a one year cycle.

We have had the unit installed for several months. We have had one incident when our power went out. After about ten seconds, the unit kicked on and everything worked as planned. When our regular power was restored, the unit shut itself off. My wife and I really are pleased with this unit. I would highly recommend this generator for any home back-up.

The generator does its test every Wednesday at 1pm and is only on for 10 minutes, power went out for a couple of hours and the generator came on within seconds after the power went out and shut off when the power was restored, so far so good and now I won't have the wife upset when we don't have power, thank you " one happy customer"

Last year we had a very bad winter for power outages. My husband was very sick and got very upset every time I had to carry 5-gallon cans of gas to the house for our old generator. My brother in Ohio had had a Generac generator installed and loved it's ease of operations as he has MS. We decided to go the same route. The week it was installed my husband died, he never saw the finished job. Two weeks later we lost power and it worked great. It was one of the best things we ever did. It also adds a great selling point when I go to sell. In our area we have power losses many times a year, some times for weeks..I also found out we have one at work now,too............ Does not work - first start up failed, battery not charging. Second attempt, motherboard failed. From installation, almost two months ago, and still not working. On start battery charging failed (dead battery), would not operate. Installed new battery and the motherboard failed. Two months and still waiting and hoping we do not have an outage. Despite informing Generac no action from Generac. Installer waiting on Generac.

I previously had a portable emergency generator that helped me through a few hurricanes. I retired a few months ago & built a house on my rural property 100 miles away. Two years ago that area suffered a couple of bad storms & the community was without electrical power for weeks. I now have my own well & electrical system. Storms as we have in Southeast Georgia will not affect me as much in the future.

I purchased this generator about a month and half ago and we are so glad we purchased it.I has done its weekly run without any problems and we had a power outage and the generator came on and shut off without any problems when the power came back on

Bought this generator about 6 weeks ago. The install was completed without any issues or concerns. Final connection was completed after gas company upgraded the meter. We had a power outage about 2 weeks after the install and never noticed the power going out. The generator started so fast there was never a flicker of the lights.
