We had a tornado come thru our town last month and all my neighbors were without power for 4 days. My generator cut on a few seconds after we lost power and never missed a beat!! Should have bought one years ago. Thank you generac.

This product is very quiet and very simple to operate. We purchased two of them. Very satisfied with product and customer service. Great support team of people.

We have had a couple of bouts of bad weather causing the power to go out. My new generator came on just like it was supposed to and kept us powered until the shore power was restored.

I have owned a Generac for many years. When I moved to my new home, one of my first investments was a Generac. I never have to worry about power outages. Great bang for your Buck

Unit installation went well. Think some improvement if the prep are for hook-up done so the electric company come once , shuts down a nd 10 minutes or so later re-connects rathe than leaving the customer w/o power for most of the day.

overall excellent product. only problem is warranty service. not any local "service dealers" so if I have a problem , I have to try to talk a authorized service dealer to travel 100 miles to help me. otherwise would have gotten 5 star

I've been a Generac user for the past 10 years. No issues of any consequence. Just bought an updated, more powerful model. Generac impresses me. What more can I say!

I can't really evaluate the product until a near-catastrophe occurs and causes a power outage at our location. This is a backup generator for emergencies. That being said, the product looks fine, tested well, and has clear status indicators.

Only use so far is when Generator goes through its weekly updates and test runs. No power outages to really test the product...but we are fans so far....
