Doing everything I purchased it for. The communications link option is great as I get a text advising that the machine is running due to power outage or just doing a weekly test. Great product

So far so good. Comes on for its weekly test. Of course there haven't been any hurricanes or tornadoes so I haven't had the opportunity to take advantage of it.

I researched all kinds of generator and decided that general was the best one for what I wanted to use it for. I could not ask for anything more,it runs the whole house.

Crews knew their jobs and did a good clean installation and worked through little problems and developed solutions as fast as issues came up. Good job Generator works great and runs all equipment.

This generator was installed at a weekend get-away home. It's nice to know that if the power goes out, we will not lose heat and have pipes freezing. Also, if we are there it's nice to know the heat or ac, and everything else will continue to work.

Although our power has not gone out yet so we really have not put it to the test, I am satisfied so far. The set up was easy and it is running as it should once a week in maintenance mode. I will keep you posted. Thanks

Purchase was made two years ago for peace of mind to power whole house.

Purchased 1 year ago and it never missed a weekly self-check.

Hoping for better experience the next time I have a power outage.
