Works great and is powerful enough to run basement pumps and equipment as well as much of the first floor of the house. Now if we lose electricity, we will still have major systems.

This generator replaced a previous unit that had been struck by lightning. Love everything about it but it is louder than the previous generator. Not a fan of the additional noise but other than that, it's great.

Just finished installing 2 days ago, so I have every confidence it will be there when I need it. The unit looks great and the installation & test went well. Compact yet capable of powering my whole home with the ATS.

Our Generac was installed during 2016. Recently there was a planned power interruption and the generac started, providing full power to our home. It turned off automatically when the power resumed.

we have not had the outage that would require the generac 22k to kick in due to power loss. But I have to say just knowing it is there, has caused a huge peace of mind

Product stopped working as expected. Red light come on and defaulted with message of off due to over cranking. Servicemen was called and he got it working.

I would like to review this product in about 3 years. So far it looks great. But I have not seen it put to the test. Most people in my area have general generators and like them. I followed their lead. Time will tell.

I had a 15kw system back in 2003. It met all my needs and then some. This new system is much quiter than the 15kw and appears to be smaller in size. I like the control panel in this 22kw system because it is easy to operate.

when they started it up it was handling the hole house with the air running and was drawing 27amp I will handle anything I need to run and it was not even under a heavy load. LOVE IT

Purchased after a recent hurricane where we were without power x 3 days... Totally dependable! Tests itself weekly, attractive exterior, runs entire house. Excellent investment.
