absolutely worst cut of New York strips I've ever had. every bite was tough and filled with connective tissues.

This New York Strip is tender if not over cooked. I like mine medium rare and it didn’t disappoint me.

Not a fan. They’re kind of chewy and just not a great cut but for cheap steak I’m sure they would be good on a sandwich.

These were ok. I guess considering they were from Sam’s, I’d say good but we usually buy higher quality meat.

These steaks are our favorite to grill out. No marinating, just take out about 30 mins before grilling and season with Alamo seasoning. Good eats!

Grilled these for visitors and it was embarrassing. Meat was tough to chew and had very little flavor. Very disappointing for Angus steaks. Have had these many times before and they were delicious then.

Looked delicious but was not. They were cooked medium rare on a pellet grill and were very tough and flavorless. Wasted $60 and ruined a celebration meal.
