It's amazing technology (the heat pump tech) and yes it dries clothes fully. If you choose Wash+Dry, they come out warm and dry. There are many options so you can do Wash Only, Dry Only as well. We bought this for our new home where we redid the laundry room. It looks amazing! Love all the functionality and sleekness. However, we ignored the reviews about it taking a really really long time for items to dry. It does take a really long time for items to dry. We did figure out the maintenance that’s required for this machine to run optimally. Drain this, wash that off, and using the correct settings for things you’ve never thought about in the past have made it a descent situation. We really like that it’s one appliance, vent free, many functions and beautiful to look at. We do not like that it takes longer for things to dry.

Installation was a breeze for the delivery guys. Immediately started a load of jeans and it was finished in under 2 hours!! Next up washed my comforter and it washed  and dried in 2.5 hours! Love the controls and options in the app too it makes things easier to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of washing and drying at the same time and this product does just that! However I am not sure a 3 hour cycle is energy efficient. Nevertheless, I am happy with the product for the most part. You can add detergent and softener so it is in the machine already. The lint is captured in the dryer for you to remove. The remote control on the phone app to control washing and drying cycles work as intended. I only wish there was more options for the drying time when we chose to wash only and then dry later.

I absolutely love this washer-dryer combo! It has been a game-changer for my busy household. The fact that I can load the laundry and not worry about switching it to dry is incredibly convenient. It saves me so much time and effort, making laundry day stress-free. As a working mom, keeping up with my kids’ laundry can be overwhelming, but this machine keeps everything on point! My family is happy, and I truly believe this is one of the best investments we’ve made. If you’re looking for efficiency, ease, and reliability, this is it.

In all seriousness, this is the best washer and dryer I've ever used! One thing I normally don't like about doing laundry is waiting around to transfer my wet clothes to the dryer - so this lets me start the load and leave the house knowing that it will be dry when I get back! I also LOVE that it doesn't take up as much space as my old washer and dryer duo that took up half of my garage wall. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10.

Your schedule changes and laundry day must shift. You pick up a new hobby and suddenly you’ve got dirty running shirts every morning. A baby is born, there are 4 outfits a day, they’re small but they still need to be washed and dried! You welcome another member of the family. Your laundry demands change as quickly as they do. They have home clothes, sports clothes, school clothes, there aren’t enough hours in the day to keep up with the ever-growing pile. One day they move on, they get their own machines. The laundry pace slows again to a predictable two loads a week, maybe one. Laundry changes with life changes. You collect, you wash, you dry, you put away. Our machine has changed the way we look at our laundry story. The story of this machine has been different, life has changed when the laundry changed, it’s happened the other way around. The machine has changed our approach and therefore changed our laundry story. Wash, dry, steam, whatever the load sizes and frequencies are constantly fluctuating, but we adjust and laundry is something happening in the background, giving us more time to grow and change in the foreground. This machine is awesome, it’s improving, the initial AI features are getting better at estimating, it’s learning as we learn. 2 in 1 is the obvious future, there are phases of life that one 2 in 1 machine is perfect for but I’d guess most people would be happiest with 2 machines. It’s the same amount of space as before, you’re just working almost twice as fast, more accurately put, you are working half as much.

I'm switching over from a washer and dryer tower, and was worried this combo machine wouldn't adequately dry my laundry. This hasn't been an issue. Everything can be washed and dried in 2 hours as advertised as long as the load of laundry is reasonably sized. For extra-large loads of laundry, I have had to run some additional drying time, but this is usually only for a few remaining damp spots throughout the entire load. I love the ventless design for this product. My old unit was a tower in a small closet, and it was very difficult to clean the duct. Now, I don't have to worry about the fire hazard of a clogged duct! It does give off a slight "laundry" smell during the first few uses, but that's gone down with time. (Incentivized review)

I had been wanting to try one of these for awhile, and I am so impressed. Washes & dries so quickly and you don’t have to worry about switching over the laundry. Set up was easy. Everyone who comes over wants to buy one after we show them how it works.

All I need to do is dump the laundry into the tub and press start. Within about 2 hrs, wash and dry is complete and that's it! The design is sleek, space-saving and easy to install. It runs quietly and drying is gentle enough not to damage the clothes. I can remotely control the unit and also get reminders from the app once the cycle is done. With the ezdispense feature you can fill the dispenser once in a while so you don’t have to every time you do the laundry-- how convenient! The auto cleaning condenser is also neat, allowing me to clean the filter without having to touch it! It’s fully equipped with the features that I've always wanted. Highly recommend it.
