We absolutely love our new washing machine. We have much more room for storage. The combo washer/dryer is much more convenient and time efficient for us. The ability to control the appliance from then LG Thinq app is amazing and very user friendly. We love this appliance so much, we have purchased a new LG Double oven with convection cooking and air fryer ability.

My current stacked washer/dryer unit was acting up and I was in desperate need of a replacement. I received the LG washer/dryer combo and it is a major upgrade from my old unit! Not only does it have a sleek, space saving design but it’s also an intuitive smart device. It has over 20 program options and is extremely user friendly - and this is coming from someone who isn’t “techy”. A full load took about 2hrs from start to finish. I no longer have to plan my day around remembering to put the clothes in the dryer. This LG washer/dryer combo has been a huge game changer and a time saver for me. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their current machines!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] takes forever to dry, typical medium load takes 10+ hours. We hate this machine. I think it wasn't ready for consumers yet. Lost our warranyt otherwise would have returned it within 1 month of having it.

Cons: no steam refresh wrinkle releaser. They have two different modes for wrinkle prevention but none to release them. Problem is that the nature of the wash and dry plasters the cloths to the drum during the spin and sets most of the wrinkles during the dry before the cloths fall off the tub to finished drying. Wrinkle prevention needs to run the old steam refresh routine. Have it notify you saying dry cycle is finished starting wrinkle release. That way if you Want to pull the cloths our you can or you can let it continue with a wrinkle release. Pros. No more smelly cloths left in the washer. Honestly love this thing. Auto dispenses soap so the kids can do thier own laundry and I don't have to get after them to rotate. Super easy to use and so much less tending. Absolutely love it.

We are blown away with how elegant the interface is. It's so fun to use. The cleaning cycle is great and super efficient. It even has a reservoir for detergent and fabric softener which is convenient. The dryer is so quiet, we literally can't hear it a room away. I am so happy with this space saving beautiful appliance.

I use all different settings and sometimes only do a wash, use my separate dryer and start a wash/dry combo on another load. This has truly saved me time. The app is great and I can see how many minutes are left, so I know to go down into the basement to switch it out. The app also has good updates with different melodies and mini screens to choose from.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of washing and drying at the same time and this product does just that! However I am not sure a 3 hour cycle is energy efficient. Nevertheless, I am happy with the product for the most part. You can add detergent and softener so it is in the machine already. The lint is captured in the dryer for you to remove. The remote control on the phone app to control washing and drying cycles work as intended. I only wish there was more options for the drying time when we chose to wash only and then dry later.

Such an amazing washer/dryer and extremely convenient!!! I love how it doesn’t take up too much room and everything is done in one rather than washing, forgetting about the load for hours then drying. The LG washer/dryer combo saves so much time on laundry.

Would not recommend this product. I bought it two weeks ago and so far I have issue drying clothes. I had to dry my same clothes 5x and they are still soaked and now smell bad. I cleaned out everything and nothing is fixing the issue. I am planning on returning the machine since it is not working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for a few weeks, got it for my apartment. It's great, convenient, and works pretty well. I'm disappointed that you can't change the detergent ratio, you can change the default, but not the scale. Also, the dryer function doesn't have heat settings, so you can not dry with low heat, it gets hot, or you don't dry. The machine can shake/vibrate with uneven loads, but that might be a leveling/install issue.
