Incredible machine has longer cycle times but no vent very quiet we really like it. It does produce a lot of lint so much more cleaning of the filters than I expected and the condenser coil cleaning is necessary after about 50 loads and is an advanced process but works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the all in one combo washer dryer now for 2 weeks and have found it very easy to use. We love the self dispense feature. We have found the unit to function well. Longer dry times for larger loads and heavier fabrics. We love that we can load our laundry and approximately 2hrs later it's washed and dried and ready to fold. We had a few missteps at first but following the directions provided in manual helped resolve our issues. I believe in my new washer dryer and look forward to our next LG product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the machine on last Thursday. I have used 3 loads so far. One loads of 12 towels of all different sizes, One load of color clothes, and one load of all mix clothes with 2 twins bed sheets. They are all finished within 3 hours for wash and dry. Normally, I used the regular washer and dryer to complete in 2 hours. But I always have no time to move my clothes from washer to dryer. It’s a big help to be as I only need to take care 1 time.  In addition, this machine is running 120v only without gas. It’s safer for us use in home. My dryer valve was leaking natural gas before and it is a hazard for us if any gas leak happens.  In term of dry, few reviewers mentioned not dry. All my clothes are completely dried every time.  Yes. It takes longer to dry., but why you need to wash and dry very fast. Not many people will use the recent washed clothes instantly.  I believe the technology will be improved by time and most of the disadvantages will be less and less, but this machine is the latest technology of the washer and dryer combo. I strongly recommend this machine to everyone who wants to change their washer and dryer.

I received my WashCombo last week and it’s amazing! So convenient and very easy to use. My wife doesn’t let me do laundry but with this easy to use machine I can get the job done. It saved us a lot of space in the laundry room to use for storage. Very impressed and have reached out to family and friends about my new product. Thank you LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this unit yesterday and ran 3 washes: towels; shirts and pants; sheets. They all came out perfectly clean, fully dried and fluffed. I was incredibly nervous getting this machine, seeing so many one-star ratings with concerns. Are others overloading it? Not clearing the washer and dryer filters? I’m not sure. I had none of their issues. The multi-dispenser for detergent and fabric softener makes this machine even more convenient. Just put in detergent for 15 loads and it’ll dispense automatically. Steam. Wash only. Dry only. Keep clothes fresh if delay to emptying. Turbo wash. Remote start. Software update- new feature addition via the app. Ultra easy. The app was easy to set up. Sending commands or running it remotely is easy. Note that I had an issue with the delivery date: the LG website promises one date but that’s completely false; the delivery logistics company had completely different dates weeks later.

I have only had my Washer/Dryer Combo - All-in-One for about two months, but I love it!!! I like having the notification come through on my phone when it is finished. I like all the options available to me. I admit I am a little tech-challenged, but I have been able to navigate through OK and liked the Chat assistance when needed. I will say, this may not be a good choice for a household which does numerous loads of laundry in one day, but for our household it is awesome!

Bought this to replace a separate washer dryer unit. At first the novelty was great. This unit is compact, and seems to work ok, but then months down the line you start realizing the shortcomings. The dryer feature takes FOREVER to dry. In some cases it actually never dries a full load after 4-5 hours. Then the other downside is, this thing STINKS. The first few months it smelled great, then it started smelly skunky. I tried the tub steam feature, used various washer tabs that supposedly deep clean, but the smell doesn't go away. Buy only if you like stinky clothes that take forever to dry.

Absolutely love this product. I was floored when I found out you can have a ventless dryer. Also was surprised to see it runs on 120V, so a fancy plug isn't required. Very convenient to set it and forget it,not having to worry about switching laundry over. Also, putting in softener and detergent only when running low is extremely convenient. Machine literally tells you when you need to do anything before starting.

Stick with a traditional dryer unit boys and girls, because the dryer feature on this machine is far from "efficient". "Great Energy Savings" - where? It takes hours to dry a tiny load - no thank you! I thought it was just me - but after reading various other reviews - it seems I'm not the only one - unfortunately. At one point I thought I would just test out the drying feature - I put one DRY t-shirt into the machine and it "sensed" that it would take 1 hour and 34 minutes to dry - what the - it was already dry.... The washing performance it just like any other machine - but I don't think it's dispensing detergent either... I was looking for an upgrade and got a lemon instead....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, we bought this machine back in early February 2024. It's been a mixed bag. For those that are unfamiliar with the technology, you should NOT expect the same type of behavior as you would see on a conventional separate washer and dryer. We knew that before purchasing, so we tried to not let the extended drying time color our opinion. The machine DOES do what it advertises. It washes and dries clothing appropriately, although it does take quite a bit longer than its conventional counterparts. Everything is pretty straightforward, and it's got some nifty upgrades available via the wifi update. Here's the problem - the ongoing maintenance. What a pain. You HAVE to regularly disassemble the top to clean out the condenser fins with a toothbrush. If you're short, or mechanically disinclined, this is not a good fit for you. The worst part for us is that the owner's manual is wholly insufficient on one detail. It casually mentions the need for keeping the mesh lint filter clean, but that's not entirely accurate. After a couple of months, we started getting condensation forming in the detergent dispenser drawer and dripping into the floor. It also got to a point where the machine NEVER turned off...it couldn't tell that the clothes were actually dry. More than once it just kept going for 8-10 hours. We called LG and they sent out a repairperson who assumed it was the main control board and replaced it accordingly, but the problem continued. My wife found a random comment on a reddit thread from someone who had encountered the same problem, and the repairperson in that circumstance figured out that you had to actually wipe the mesh filter with white vinegar on a paper towel, THEN rinse it and allow it to air dry. That mild acid was necessary in order to break up the microscopic residue that was still present in the filter. You can't get it out by doing the "rinse it under running water" prescribed in the manual. It will "look" clean to the eye following the manufacturer guidance, but when you do the additional step of wiping it down with vinegar, you will see a dramatic difference. You can reasonably expect to do this once every three to four weeks. So, we DO like the machine. We have no intention of getting rid of it, but you should be aware of the significant technical skills necessary to keep it running well. If you can't handle that extra responsibility, this is not a good purchase as you will just get frustrated.
