This was a gift for my sister in her new home, and she absolutely loves it. She said, and I quote, "life ELEVATED!" The best part is that the dry cycle can start automatically after the wash cycle ends, so she can just start a load of laundry and then forget about it until it's completely done!

I love everything about this machine. I’ve only done about 20 loads so far. My clothes seem to come out cleaner. I love being notified when it’s time to take them out. The drying does seem to take a little longer but not too bad. Overall the clothes seem to feel nicer and less wrinkly. I bought it for the cottage but thinking about getting one for my home. It is a larger….deeper… machine, so may not fit at home.😩

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer/dryer combo is pretty impressive. The full size capacity of 5.0 cubit feet is enough to do full loads of laundry. The washer/dryer has all of the bells and whistles you'd expect from LG - with it's digital display wheel and connectivity functions it really allows you to get the most out of your machine. New features that I had not seen before are the lint trap, which has a mechanism to remove the lint from the trap by sliding the housing was really cool. I also really liked the detergent reservoirs that allows you to preload detergent and fabric softeners, and then will automatically dispense the desired amount per load. This unit is perfect for our cottage where space is very limited (approximately 600 sq ft). We did not have the space to vent the dryer so the fact that you are able to use this ventless is a real plus. I also love that it plugs directly into a standard outlet and that you do not need to run 220V to it. It was literally just plug and play. I ran a small load of about 7 t-shirts, 5 pairs of shorts, and a cotton robe. The whole wash/dry process took about 3 hours doing a full wash (rather than a "quick wash"). The unit was quiet and really easy to use. I will say that after the three hour cycle, the clothes were the slightest bit damp still (I am guessing due to the robe). Venting this unit would definitely improve the drying but this is the tradeoff to it being a space saver. The clothes were not damp enough to need a second dry cycle, however an additional cycle would have definitely taken care of it. Overall very impressive for a ventless dryer. All in all this is a great appliance for where space is limited. As a ventless dryer, it will not be as efficient as a standard vented dryer, but that is the trade-off. If you are looking for an easy washer/dryer solution for limited space, this is the one, hands down.

We already have existing LG laundry pair but wanted to add additional machine. This all in one laundry machine is perfect solution. We had the space for adding it to our mud room and all it needs is regular outlet and it’s ventless. I added it to my thin Q app and it’s the most convenient machine I have ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One thing I didnt' know about being a mother is the fact that it would be so difficult to ask my kids to transfer laundry from the washer to the dryer. This laundry washer/dryer combo from LG makes me look like a superstar! I don't have to worry about clothes sitting in the washer for a while - when i press start, it runs and wehn it ends, its dry. You must buy small washer underneath the combo unit. It's super quite and best washer/dryer in the market out there!

This is the Best Washer /Dryer I've ever purchased. With over 40 years experience with washers and dryes. It's compact does not take up a lot of space. I like very much the different sections to choose from like permanent press , delicates , heavy . And wash only , dry only or wash and dry combo, to name a few. Mostly I like the convenience of the combo, I can wash a load and dry without having to remove the items from one machine to another. Also the drying timer usually does not take as long as the timer says. Lasty it's a very , very nice Product am still experienceming with its many features. LG 5.0 all in one washer dryer !!!

This LG washer is seriously awesome! It has so many great features that make laundry super easy. The TurboWash and AI settings adjust the cycle based on the fabric, which means clothes come out really clean without over-washing. The steam and sanitizing options are a nice touch too—perfect for freshening up clothes and getting rid of allergens. It’s also really sleek and easy to use. The drying function works great, so I don’t have to wait forever for my clothes to be ready. Overall, it’s a solid all-in-one washer that’s efficient, convenient, and totally worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are super pleased with the wash combo unit. Its is super stylish, compact and with so many features. All we have to do is load the unit, set it to wash and dry and come back later when its done. No more unloading washer and reloading into dryer. We love the self dispense soap and softener feature. So many cycle options. We struggled at first with unit as we were unfamiliar with this type of unit but have adjusted our way of laundry to match the unit. We have found it to wash well and dry fully when used correctly. If your considering this unit understand you may need to adjust your way of doing laundry. When you do you will realize what a fabulous machine this is. Looking forward to your next LG wondermachine.

We bought our machine at the end of January 2025, we have had it for less than 8 months and have already required 2 separate service calls. The first because the unit stopped drying the clothes, we had a defective filter that was changed out. Now our pump has stopped working and the washing machine won't drain. LG has been horrible to work with, service calls taking over a week to schedule. I will never buy another LG system again, this was a complete waste of money and I regret my purchase. LG doesn't even list the parts online for this model so you can order the parts yourself and fix the machine instead of waiting.

I've been hoodwinked. All these ecstatic (incentivized?) reviews here and elsewhere like YouTube convinced me to pay a premium for this product. After installation, I was excited to give AI Wash & Dry a try. I gave it a whirl and was met with a damp bundle of clothes. Not sure how this got past QA, if they even bothered with it. I guess the "Washer/Dryer" combo was too good to be true (although great for marketing). Some features, like WiFi to track progress on your phone, is nice, but it seems LG was so enamored with all these peripheral features that they forgot to deliver a quality washer and (most especially) dryer. I suppose all I can do at this point is try to figure out how I'm going to return it, and warn others against buying it.
