Before using it, I had my doubts about this product - I've had many friends tell me that washer/dryer combo units don't actually dry well. And since this didn't have a vent for drying, I was even more doubtful. But this has definitely exceeded my expectations. Not only does it dry things well, but it was extremely easy to set up. You can plug it in to a normal electrical outlet instead of the usual 30 amp outlet needed for electric dryers. Not needing a vent also reduces the number of tubes that need to be connected. No real special tools or knowledge were needed to install this unit. Lastly, some things that I didn't think were a big deal, but actually make my life easier is the fact that a single cycle gets you clean and dry clothing. Not needing to unload a washing machine to load the dryer is a huge convenience - one of those, now that you experienced it, you don't want to go back to doing it the old way kind of thing. We'll see how long it lasts, but for now, I'm a happy camper

After 2 weeks of use this is awesome!!!  It’s nice not to have to transfer cloths from one appliance to another,  and be able to go some where for the day and have everything completed by the time we get home!!!  Ventless is awesome plus the fact it’s operating on 110 instead of 220!!  Love it, now if it only folded the cloths lol

I've had a ductless washer dryer combo before, and it washed just fine, but it would blow around wet air for over 4 hours and the clothes would still be moist. Plus I would have to tear it apart to clean out the Duct inside the dryer part once a year to clean out the wet lint trapped in there. But all that is over cleaning is simple, it gets the clothes dry, and in way less time. And it's supposed to be super energy efficient (I just don't pay that close attention).

I was little skeptical about getting LG's All-in-One Washer/Dryer but I'm glad I did. I was pleasantly surprised with how sleek it looks even in my 100yr old laundry room. The first thing I did was to add the All-in-One to my LG ThinQ .App. If you haven't tried starting a load remotely, you're missing out. Never mind that you have a dozen+ cycles to choose from including one for Active Wear, Jeans and Dresses; the ezDispense holds several loads worth of detergent & softener and then automatically adds it -Genius. Now if it only folded clothes.

We bought this unit to save space in our very small laundry room. The size is GREAT, but the performace leave much to be desired. It take HOURS for one load to wash and dry. Also much of the time the clothes come out damp and require more time to dry. You can also forget about large items such as a comforter. We can wash it, but have to take it to the laudrymat to get it dried. There are several other issies such as the lint buildup around the rubber seal. We have had to get this unit serviced at least three times in just over a year, which has been another process altogether. The display has gone out and we had water leaking onto the floor. A nice idea, but I think it is time to go back to a traditional washer and dryer. Hopefully the technology will get better.

Absolutely love this product. I was floored when I found out you can have a ventless dryer. Also was surprised to see it runs on 120V, so a fancy plug isn't required. Very convenient to set it and forget it,not having to worry about switching laundry over. Also, putting in softener and detergent only when running low is extremely convenient. Machine literally tells you when you need to do anything before starting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for a few months. This product is holding up well and it is great to start it and forget it until all washing and drying is complete. I have 2 dogs that shed and it gathers any hair in the filter. It is also easy to maintain.

We purchased our machine in May of 2024, worked well for three weeks after purchase and install. It was installed in June. After using the unit for 3 weeks things went downhill. Massive amounts of water pouring out of machine and flooding our floors was the last straw for us. We now must turn off power and water supply to the machine after every use, we also only use the wash cycle for fear of flooding our floors again. Someone must always be present while machine is running for fear of what may happen. This machine does not work as advertised. We would not recommend this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this machine for about 6 months.Takes at least 5 hours to do one load of laundry. Leaks water out of the door. Sensor drying does not work, it will show that it has 15 minutes left but then runs another hour or more. Getting service is terrible, even though I got the extended warranty. I wish I could return it.
