Works great! Has 15 min quick wash option & dries in 40 minutes . Self wash & dry option for 3 hours as well for late at night loads or forgetful teenagers that leave clothes in washer & rots. Many more options to chose from. Dries very well for a 120v with no vent.

We purchased this to save room and electricity (compared to normal separate washer/dryer) We ran into common long dry times and found how to correct them from different sources on the internet. We also currently have a leaking drain pump that is being replaced under warranty - started leaking about a month after install. Wish LG website had better troubleshooting and common issue help. Have to clean the condenser every couple wash/dry cycles, but there is a guard screwed on covered by sticker that has to be removed first. Also the unit can wash a larger load than it can dry, so washing smaller loads work better or separating the washed cloths into multiple dryer loads. Overall a good product so far, just different from normal washer/dryer pair.

Great convenience with large washing chamber and larger compartments for detergent and fabric softerner that last for several loads before refills are needed. I would have given 5 stars but the dry cycle does not provide sufficient heat to dry clothes, extra cycle is needed to completely dry them. Overall, I'm happy with the unit.

This washer-dryer combo can handle large loads effortlessly, you do not need to check in for every 45min to switch over from washer to dryer. It is also very easy to clean filters. The built-in Wi-Fi connectivity allows me to monitor and control the machine remotely. I receive notifications when the cycle is complete or if any issues arise. The most interesting part of this combo was it didn't require any external venting! So I still kept an old dryer and now I can run 2 dryers at the same time! Saves so much more time for a family with 2 dogs. On the other hand, it can be overwhelming at first for some people with so many features provided which may take some learning curves to get use to it. Overall, I am very satisfied so far with this LG washcombo for past 5 months. It combines convenience, performance, and smart technology which changed my laundry routines easier!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for a few weeks, got it for my apartment. It's great, convenient, and works pretty well. I'm disappointed that you can't change the detergent ratio, you can change the default, but not the scale. Also, the dryer function doesn't have heat settings, so you can not dry with low heat, it gets hot, or you don't dry. The machine can shake/vibrate with uneven loads, but that might be a leveling/install issue.

When we first got it I was a little nervous at first that the larger loads would not dry completely but that is not the case! All of the loads come out toasty warm and dry. I'm switching over from a washer and dryer tower, and was worried this combo machine wouldn't adequately dry my laundry. This hasn't been an issue. Everything can be washed and dried in 2 hours as advertised as long as the load of laundry is reasonably sized. For extra-large loads of laundry, I have had to run some additional drying time, but this is usually only for a few remaining damp spots throughout the entire load. I love the ventless design for this product. My old unit was a tower in a small closet, and it was very difficult to clean the duct. Now, I don't have to worry about the fire hazard of a clogged duct! It does give off a slight "laundry" smell during the first few uses, but that's gone down with time. (Incentivized review)
