I reviewed this product a few month ago when it was first installed in my home and gave it a very positive review. Now, after using the All-in-one for a longer period of time, I still feel the same. For me, it is a time saver……just load it up, start it up, and forget about it. It does a good job getting the clothes clean and dry. They feel like they might be damp when they come out immediately after the appliance stops, but that feeling goes way right away. Sometimes, the clothes come out really wrinkled from all the twisting in the drying process. Since I have been using it for while, I do have a couple things that bother me. The lint removal system is overly complicated and I have had it get jammed and had to muscle it out. Also, I have to clean the rubber around the door which seems to collect all the dog hair and a fair amount of lint. All in all, I am very pleased with this appliance. So much so that I recommend it to my friend and she bought one! She loves her’s too. It is beautiful to look at, easy to use and does a good job. WIN!!

I’m a busy mother of 3 whose kids play sports so I wanted something that could handle doing heavy duty loads as well as offered exceptional washing performance. I love being able to throw a load in the wash just before heading out for the day and by the time I come back the laundry is washed and dry! I do like that this combo offers different levels of customization such as being able to do a quick wash so I’m not always having to do longer washing/drying cycles.

We are blown away with how elegant the interface is. It's so fun to use. The cleaning cycle is great and super efficient. It even has a reservoir for detergent and fabric softener which is convenient. The dryer is so quiet, we literally can't hear it a room away. I am so happy with this space saving beautiful appliance.

The first one is Wash + Dry cycle is convenient when I'm out during the day because I do want to leave laundries with wrinkles in the washer. The second one is that I don't need space for dryer that makes more space for laundry room. But there are 2 bad points. The first one is that I cannot add the drying sheet with wash + dry cycle. And the second one is that it takes more time to get the similar drying performances to vented dryer. Generally it is good product to run the wash and dry with one unit.

Several times Thin q has saved me big time by being able to start the dry option from my phone while In bed. The only down side to the dry option on large loads do take hours to dry, but if your ok whit that this is a great option. The thin q app allows you to add different sounds to the end of cycle as well as start up display for thr seasons. Over all I'm giving 4 start only because of thr long dry time, we would recommend this product and have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picked up mid February and wanted to give it some time before writing a review. I never write reviews. I love this thing. Sure it takes a bit longer to run a full cycle but I knew this before going in. Washes an entire weeks worth of my clothes and I'm a mechanic so these are pants, cotton shirts, and 2-3 hoodies every week in one load. Cycle takes roughly 4 hours and everything comes out fully dry and actually warm (130°F). I'm about 20 cycles into ownership and just refilled the dispensers. The machine is quiet, extremely efficient, and being able to put clothes in right before bed and wake up to clean and dry clothes in itself is worth the cost.

First use I hated it. I washed towels it took forever to dry A lot of that was my fault as I kept opening it to see how it was drying. Now that I gave it a chance to work without opening the door to check dryness I love it! I works great. Love all the settings. It has a 15 min quick wash setting that cleans awesome. Love to do a quick wash. It also lets you throw in clothes on dry only to get the wrinkels out.Big capacity, I washed 5 beach towels in one load. My husband mentioned the clothes even smell better. Love that its wifi capable. Love you put detergent and softer in until it tells you to add more. Great purchase! The look of the combo is beautiful & modern looking. I purchased the storage pedestal it's awesome. No need for a hamper now. I live in a tiny home this combo unit is perfect. I have room for more storage.
