I bought this washer & dryer combo 6 weeks ago. I have done a lot of laundry since then. Sometimes a big laundry, sometimes a large blanket. The results are very satisfying. Perfect washing and perfect drying. This combo is quiet and saves a lot of space. There is no burden on electricity costs. I love LG.

Cons: no steam refresh wrinkle releaser. They have two different modes for wrinkle prevention but none to release them. Problem is that the nature of the wash and dry plasters the cloths to the drum during the spin and sets most of the wrinkles during the dry before the cloths fall off the tub to finished drying. Wrinkle prevention needs to run the old steam refresh routine. Have it notify you saying dry cycle is finished starting wrinkle release. That way if you Want to pull the cloths our you can or you can let it continue with a wrinkle release. Pros. No more smelly cloths left in the washer. Honestly love this thing. Auto dispenses soap so the kids can do thier own laundry and I don't have to get after them to rotate. Super easy to use and so much less tending. Absolutely love it.

Wash & dry takes over 3 hours and then most things are not dried and must be dried an additional hour. The heat is very low and this seems to cause heavy wrinkles in everything.

I find that the washer/dryer combo is excellent, and overall it's great to "set and forget" and have my laundry completed without having to move my clothes to the dryer. It's packed with a lot of features for different load types, and the remote control features are great for staying on top of your laundry and getting a notification when it's all done to your phone. The screen on the dial is sleek and the detergent/softener reservoirs take yet another step out of the process. The machine is also sleek and is a pleasure to interact with. I do find that the dryer will sometimes extend the dry time because it thinks my filter is dirty, despite cleaning it each time. My way of avoiding this being an issue is to run a batch of towels on a separate cycle from the rest of my clothes, as they take a bit longer to dry. Overall, it's made the weekly chore of laundry much easier, and it's one fewer thing to worry about in a busy life.

I am a super lazy person who does the laundry all together (daily wears/under wears/ pajamas/ towels and etc.). I tried AI wash+dry(+fresh mode) mode and this washer does its jobs. It washes and dries my stuff well and it feels so fresh! And its’ appearance is gorgeous and heavy. I tried to move a little bit but not moved at all. The other fact that I like is I can use this washer with my phone. i can remote start the washer which I can save time and reduce laundry stress. But unlike the old one that I had, I have to scroll the circle things to select the mode and customize the options which was uncomfortable with me. (The old one is pressing the button to select the mode, and too many options to go through). Maybe I need more time to get used to with the circle things but i am satisfied with this product so far. I recommend this washer especially for a person who are lazy, busy, and who have a laundry stress. (It also has a big capacity that I can load my queen size comforter)

This laundry washer/dryer combo from LG makes me look like a superstar! I don't have to worry about clothes sitting in the washer for a while - when i press start, it runs and wehn it ends, its dry. You must buy small washer underneath the combo unit. It's super quite and best washer/dryer in the market out there!

I wish we had this years ago! The all-in-one combo makes washing clothes very convenient since we dont have to transfer loads from the washer to the dryer. We also gained a lot of space with the all-in-one combo which allowed us to install a laundry folding station. The large drum allows us to wash a lot of clothes at once and I'm surprised how well it handles bath towels. Everything comes out dry!

All in the palm of your hand. My favorite is the quick wash that gets done in 20 min. I love that the machine is not bulky. It’s a good size. You don’t have to use 2 separate machine cause this one does it all in one. I love the wash/ dry combo machine and good highly recommend it.
