I will say that there is a learning curve to the machine and that you do need to be on top of cleaning the lint on a regular basis, however once you understand the cycles and keep the machine clean, it works flawlessly. We’re a family on the go and this machine has saved us so much time by taking care of the dry cycle automatically, as opposed to us not being able to do laundry due to being on the baseball field, running errands or away at work. The app controlled feature are a nice touch and allow for oversight of the machine while on the go so you can check progress or see if your detergent levels are low. It makes washing/drying so easy with the AI setting combined with ezDispense and just pretty much set it and forget it. There's no better saying for it. After about 2.5 hours or less ThinQ will notify you on your phone and just take the clothes out and fold them, just awesome. I really love the sleek design with the display in the knob. It can just blend into any wash room not only because of how it looks but also because its ventless! All in all I am very happy with the washer/dryer combo.

I am a long-time LG appliance fan and I bought this washer/dryer combo to replace the separate LG washer and dryer units I had in my garage. The change would allow us to park both our cars inside, but I was concerned that it wouldn't work as well. I could not have been more wrong. The combo performs just as good (if not better) than the separate washer and dryer. It's remarkably user-friendly, incredibly efficient, and I love that I don't have to switch over the laundry. Simply put in your load and it comes out cleaned and dried in the same amount of time the two machines took. The space-saving aspect is great, but I'd recommend this combo even to those who don't need to save space.

Not sure I'm loving this unit. I love that it washes and dries. I love that it's aesthetically pleasing and saves on space... But, it only seems to be able to do small loads effectively and we've already had an issue with the electronics. Also, our clothes don't smell super clean when they're done.

We purchased our machine in May of 2024, worked well for three weeks after purchase and install. It was installed in June. After using the unit for 3 weeks things went downhill. Massive amounts of water pouring out of machine and flooding our floors was the last straw for us. We now must turn off power and water supply to the machine after every use, we also only use the wash cycle for fear of flooding our floors again. Someone must always be present while machine is running for fear of what may happen. This machine does not work as advertised. We would not recommend this machine.
