Easy controls with a intuitive app to pair with it. If it wasnt for the fact 2 units had to be returned because of a LE2 Compressor error code it'd be 5 stars.

I absolutely love my new LG 2-in-1 Washer Dryer Combo! It has completely transformed how I do laundry. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive got the Washer/Dryer Combo, and has been using it for few months. I love the design and the combo spec that allows you to complete everything at once. It will wash and dry all at once, but one thing I do not like is that the dryer is super long. I usually do regular Washer/Dryer AI option which is the second main option, but the dryer takes about 3 hrs or long, so in total, it will take 4 hr and half. Also, after the dryer function, the rubber part of the machine has all the dust on it, meaning we would need to clean the parts (interior) every single time we load washer (or it will have all the dust in the washing cycle). Do not understand why it is not collecting the dust out to the dust bin. But i love the Thin Q app, where you can see the status of the load and even select options on the phone

LG washer/dryer all in one unit I’ve had the LG all in one washer/dryer unit for approximately 3 weeks.  I absolutely love it!  We are a busy family and this unit has been such a time saver for us.  I love that I can fill the detergent and fabric softener and it will automatically dispense the amounts needing for the size laundry load.  I’ve also found that I can do larger loads of laundry after fully reading the instruction on how to properly place my laundry into the machine.  This also insures that my laundry is fully dry at the end of the cycle; it also helped with our laundry from being as wrinkled.  And my top feature is the keep fresh, it will keep your laundry smelling fresh if you forget your laundry in the unit which happens at my home often!  The LG app has also been very helpful.  Having a QR code on the machine was very helpful in connecting the unit to the LG app.  Once one the app you can change settings,  see how much time is remaining ,  change the detergent and fabric softer amounts if you don’t want the automatic setting.  Overall I am extremely pleased with the unit as well as the LG app.

Love this washer/dryer combo, it's a total game-changer. First off, no more switching clothes between machines—it does everything in one go, which is a lifesaver. Great convenience with larger compartments for detergent and fabric softerner. One fill lasts several loads. I would have given 5 Stars but the dry cycle does not provide sufficient heat to dry clothes. I have to give it at least 2 cycles for the clothes to completely dry. Overall, I'm very happy with the unit.

I've had this product for just over a year now and it has been excellent for our family. It was a bit of a positive lifestyle change because now we run laundry once every day or two (family of 4) rather than devoting an entire weekend day to marathon laundry. One of my favorite parts is that I no longer worry about wet clothes sitting forgotten in a washer. Normal full loads are typically 2-3 hours to wash and dry. Towels can get closer to 5-6 hours so we definitely save those for last load of the night if there are multiple loads. Much less lint than our old dryer and clothing color and texture seems to last longer. Wrinkles do happen more frequently than with the old dryer; I believe this is because the heat pump drying is a softer heat so clothes aren't basically ironed like in a high heat dryer. We don't have issues with it if we either remove laundry right after the load is done, or we remember to turn on Laundry Care, which tosses the laundry around every couple minutes after the cycle so it doesn't stay in one place to develop wrinkles. There are reviews about drying and lint trapping no longer working. I had this problem too. Turns out I wasn't cleaning the lint filter good enough. You need to run the lint filter under tap water and rub the screen between your fingers to actually clean it out. I had tried everything else and this seemed insignificant, but it worked! I do it once a month now and no issues since. I recommend this product after one year of use.

I have only had my Washer/Dryer Combo - All-in-One for about two months, but I love it!!! I like having the notification come through on my phone when it is finished. I like all the options available to me. I admit I am a little tech-challenged, but I have been able to navigate through OK and liked the Chat assistance when needed. I will say, this may not be a good choice for a household which does numerous loads of laundry in one day, but for our household it is awesome!
