[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazingly convenient… for a week. After that the u it stops drying effectively, requiring 3x drying cycles for a small load. Service tech came and told us he would never recommend this unit, especially if you plan on doing laundry more than one load per week. To fix the issue he had to take apart the system to clean off the condenser. Said in order to keep it drying this needs to be done regularly. When I say disassemble I’m talking getting out the tools and taking it apart. I absolutely do not recommend.

I absolutely love my new LG 2-in-1 Washer Dryer Combo! It has completely transformed how I do laundry. As a busy mom with a busy schedule, I was looking for a solution that saves both space and time—and this is it! First off, the design is sleek and modern, making it a perfect fit in my apartment. I was concerned about having both a washer and dryer in one unit, but the LG combo is incredibly efficient. The washing performance is superb; clothes come out clean, fresh, and quick.. After that, all you need to do is load detergent and clothes. From your phone app you can choose the program - it has plenty of programs, adjust if you want - it has many options to customize as you wish.. Then Start! You will know from app finish time and by end of program energy used. To clean lint filter just pull and push back, easy clean! No transfer needed to dry clothes. Also I saved space in laundry room, I will add a storage cabinet. Washer and Dryer All In One means Smart Life!

I was #gifted this product as part of a promotion on social media but the thoughts expressed here are based on my own personal experience with the WashCombo over the last month since I installed it! This unit was the right fit for the super small laundry space that we have on the first floor. It works perfectly there allowing for the rest of the space to be used as storage. It also does not require you to hook it up through a vent, as the water from the drying process is pumped out of the drain line (genius!). The first few loads came out smelling a little like rubber from the gaskets but that resolved quickly. I have run loads of different sizes (about one per day) and the dry times have varied from 2 hours for smaller loads to 3 hours for medium size loads to 4 hours for towels. One of my favorite things is putting in the wash before bed and waking up to my laundry being finished! I know everyone wants instant gratification these days but even at a wash/dry cycle time of 3 hours I can get 4-5 loads of laundry done during waking hours, if necessary (plus one overnight).

This unit is great! Cuts stair climbing time in half because it's all in one! The basket is large sized for a large load if needed. The technology is a breeze to operate & it dries all types of clothes without shrinkage to delicate things! I don't know why I waited so long to get one of these units!!

I purchased the Wash/Combo All In One unit in November of 2024. There is much I like about it, (look, size, cleaning, etc.) but there are also some issues. The machine is operating as it should, i.e. soap dispensing, etc. but I find I can only do a small load if I want it to dry in less than 3 hours and not wrinkle terribly. Towels and jeans take forever. Almost every load comes out wrinkled. This is my major concern. I use the perm press cycle (increase the spin speed), then have to open the machine and shake out the clothes to reduce wrinkles and then dry on the perm press setting. Using this method helps, but things still wrinkle, but not as bad. This kind of defeats the purpose of the machine. It was an expensive choice to have the all in one option, so it is disappointing to have it not work as advertised. I have tried the AI wash cycle and the Wash/Dry cycle with the same result. Also, I am over 70 and the washer is so low that it is difficult to unload. I cannot afford to purchase the base unit, but I feel the washer is expensive enough that the base unit should be included, or the entire unit raised.

As a busy mom with full-time work, a house full of people and animals, and a raging case of ADHD, the All-in-one has made laundry less stressful by far! We fill it more than 10 lbs, for a longer cycle and still are more productive than the traditional machine style! No more waking up with wet clothes still waiting to be dried. It keeps out mornings moving, and everyone happy! Another thing we noticed is how much pet hair is collected each load, it’s amazing how much cleaner our clothes look! I’d recommend this to anyone who is looking for less stress in their laundry routine, it’s only been a week since we got it, but it’s been a great week!

Washer/Dryer combo comes packaged well, loaded on pallet per request, I took out my current washer and the LG Combo fit very nicely in the same space, DIY install was easy, remember to take out the 4 shipping bolts in the back wit the yellow tags.   Will do first loads tomorriw

The first thing we noticed was how sturdy it is, built with quality in mind. After doing our first wash, we couldn't believe how quiet it is. Of course, we're still learning about its many features and we're anxious to enjoy its "smart" capabilities, but basics were simple and easy to use. We especially appreciate the automatic detergent and softener dispenser. The large capacity is more than enough for any of our needs, including even our king-sized comforter.

We have had this washer/dryer for 3 months and quite like it. It washes and dries very well, while looking sleek and modern. We replaced a gas dryer that stopped working, and a top load washer. Our washing/utility room is small, so we really appreciate having only one unit versus two. It is also great to no longer have worries about lint buildup and possible fires in our dryer vent line, which runs from one side of our home to the other. This unit is ventless. Is this unit like a "normal" washer and dryer? No. So it is important to watch reviews and how-to's and maintenance tips on YouTube. Once you understand how this appliance operates, you will appreciate it greatly. The Energy Label showed an astoundingly low annual energy use for this appliance! My wife and I are retired so she runs the machine during the day, but its best use IMO (the unimportant one) would be to program it to run during the night when energy costs are low, and when the longer than conventional dryer time cycle will not impact you. If you plan your laundry cycles well you can save energy costs while doing lots of laundry for a larger family. Since the time to do a wash then dry cycle, without having to move the clothes between two appliances, is longer than with conventional washers and dryers, this appliance is not the one to do all your laundry on Saturday morning. Rather you should do a load per overnight say Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, or something similar. And since the dryer, being a heat pump unit with high efficiency, will take longer to dry your load, make sure you learn how to minimize the water in your damp clothes by maximizing the spin cycle(s). If you use this appliance to its best abilities, you should be very pleased with it.
