I got this product about a month ago and I LOVE IT. If you are someone who forgets to change the clothes from the washer to the dryer OFTEN then this machine is for you! I actually had the older version almost 10 years ago and this one has MANY more improvements over the years! You can download the app and control everything from your phone. I would say one of my favorite parts about it is the soap dispenser…the soap drawer is LONG and keeps a ton of liquid as back stock for your next few laundry loads. I love doing smaller loads of laundry and the fact that they are DONE in less than 2 hours, ready to fold…makes our parenting life so much easier.

I also like that it text me when my clothes are done and that I haven't gotten them out of the machine. The only thing I don't know how to use yet is where you put the Lysol disinfect cleaner.

I bought the LG Mega Capacity Smart Wash Combo All-in-One Washer/Dryer in Black Steel and have been using it for more than two weeks. I couldn't be happier with this choice. It washes and drys beautifully and is easier on fabrics than previous washing machines. And all while being extremely quiet and energy efficient. It's wonderful to load the clothes, set the program and return to everything perfectly washed, dried and ready to fold. Brilliant!

I am getting used to the sounds, it always sounds like an airplane taking off or landing in our home! I do like the feature of the laudry soap and softener dispensers. The machine tells you when levels are low! We purchased the pedestal with the unit and I am grateful for the additional height of the unit. Putting the laundry in and setting the unit to wash and dry is wonderful! Just set and forget it!

Note: I received a review unit. I find that the washer/dryer combo is excellent, and overall it's great to "set and forget" and have my laundry completed without having to move my clothes to the dryer. It's packed with a lot of features for different load types, and the remote control features are great for staying on top of your laundry and getting a notification when it's all done to your phone. The screen on the dial is sleek and the detergent/softener reservoirs take yet another step out of the process. The machine is also sleek and is a pleasure to interact with. I do find that the dryer will sometimes extend the dry time because it thinks my filter is dirty, despite cleaning it each time. My way of avoiding this being an issue is to run a batch of towels on a separate cycle from the rest of my clothes, as they take a bit longer to dry. Overall, it's made the weekly chore of laundry much easier, and it's one fewer thing to worry about in a busy life.

I was a bit concern initially because I thought I would need to convert my house to a 220v. Fortunately, I did need to, which makes this great! It will work for any house. Honestly, this was a huge plus! The time delay is also great, so I would put my clothes in the washer and delay it until off peak hours to have it wash/dry it. This is a huge plus, since pg&e bill has been on the huge rise, being able to do laundry off peak hours help save some money. I really love the design, it looks super nice with a very friendly design.

If there is a large amount of laundry, it is completely free from the time and inconvenience of having to put it in the washing machine and put it back in the dryer. You just have to put the laundry in there and forget it. The breakthrough function of all in one has relieved the inconvenience of housewives. It is also a liberation from having to put soapy water every time. If you put a certain amount in it, it will be solved by just putting the laundry more than five times. Although it is expensive, I would like to recommend this product to all housewives. It is a good product that solves both time and space.

We purchased this to save room and electricity (compared to normal separate washer/dryer) We ran into common long dry times and found how to correct them from different sources on the internet. We also currently have a leaking drain pump that is being replaced under warranty - started leaking about a month after install. Wish LG website had better troubleshooting and common issue help. Have to clean the condenser every couple wash/dry cycles, but there is a guard screwed on covered by sticker that has to be removed first. Also the unit can wash a larger load than it can dry, so washing smaller loads work better or separating the washed cloths into multiple dryer loads. Overall a good product so far, just different from normal washer/dryer pair.
