I bought this march 22, 2024, and regret that purchase. Have had service out already. The lint is a huge problem, eventhough the lint trap is cleaned after each use. Another lint trap that I was unaware existed until repairman showed me requires the use of pliers to remove. Not pleased at all.

I've been hoodwinked. All these ecstatic (incentivized?) reviews here and elsewhere like YouTube convinced me to pay a premium for this product. After installation, I was excited to give AI Wash & Dry a try. I gave it a whirl and was met with a damp bundle of clothes. Not sure how this got past QA, if they even bothered with it. I guess the "Washer/Dryer" combo was too good to be true (although great for marketing). Some features, like WiFi to track progress on your phone, is nice, but it seems LG was so enamored with all these peripheral features that they forgot to deliver a quality washer and (most especially) dryer. I suppose all I can do at this point is try to figure out how I'm going to return it, and warn others against buying it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Space saver and operating instruction is very easy to follow. Many washing options make it convenient for us. Great convenience with large washing chamber and larger compartments for detergent and fabric softerner that last for several loads before refills are needed. I would have given 5 stars but the dry cycle does not provide sufficient heat to dry clothes, extra cycle is needed to completely dry them. Overall, I'm happy with the unit.

I absolutely love this WashCombo! I often forget to move laundry from the washer to the dryer, but with this machine, my laundry is done without the need for a rewash. While I still use my traditional dryer (and plan to upgrade to a matching one), the WashCombo’s ability to start the drying process during the wash cycle makes a big difference. The drying time in my separate dryer is significantly reduced, which shortens my overall laundry time—and best of all, I never forget that last load! Here are some of the cycle times I've experienced: Queen sheet set – under 2 hours Jeans – under 3 hours Mixed load – around 2 hours I love anything that makes life easier, and the EZDispense feature is fantastic. Just load the detergent into the machine, and it takes care of the rest. The AI-powered Wash+Dry cycle is my favorite, though there are 25 different cycles to choose from if you want more customization. The ThinQ app is a game changer. I can check from my phone whether the load is in the wash or dry cycle, and I get notifications when it's done. It’s also a breeze to set the cycle remotely. As a fun touch, I’ve even set up the digital dial to show a cute Christmas tree when the machine powers on, which always brings a smile to my face. Overall, I’d rate this 10/10. It shortens my laundry day, offers tailored cycles for my clothes, eliminates the need to measure detergent, ensures I never wake up to wet clothes, AND my clothes feel softer than ever coming out of the WashCombo. Highly recommend!

I received my WashCombo last week and it’s amazing! So convenient and very easy to use. My wife doesn’t let me do laundry but with this easy to use machine I can get the job done. It saved us a lot of space in the laundry room to use for storage. Very impressed and have reached out to family and friends about my new product. Thank you LG!

We bought this for our new home where we redid the laundry room. It looks amazing! Love all the functionality and sleekness. However, we ignored the reviews about it taking a really really long time for items to dry. It does take a really long time for items to dry. We did figure out the maintenance that’s required for this machine to run optimally. Drain this, wash that off, and using the correct settings for things you’ve never thought about in the past have made it a descent situation. We really like that it’s one appliance, vent free, many functions and beautiful to look at. We do not like that it takes longer for things to dry.

Its extremely convenient to put your clothes in, forget the transfer and be done. The drying time depends on the size of the load. I've seen 1hr 45mins to 3hrs. Its great that you dont need a gas line or a exaust vent. You can literally place this anywhere an electrical outlet is available

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! Is it perfect, no..but the space, time and energy savings make up for any shortcomings on this unit. We decided to go with the All-In One combo because our other units took up so much space, we constantly dropped cloths on the floor when moving from the washer to the dryer and we were constantly having to switch loads. This all-in-one combo save so much space and has also allowed us to cover up the vents in the laundry room that were letting all the cold air in the house because we no longer have to vent out. Does this take a little more time to dry on some loads..yes, but so what? It’s fine. I have seen some complaints about the lint being around the rubber gasket..again, not a big deal. As long as you use a damp cloth/sponge and clean it at the same time as you remove the lint from the trap..no biggie! This is a GREAT unit and I would buy again!

I leave this after a week of use. The machine gets our clothes noticeably more clean. It can handle big loads and has done well with its time/load sensing abilities. It seems to wash and dry faster if you do the steps separately instead of using the “AI wash + dry”. With that setting the clothes need to be dried a second time since they were still lightly damp. It’s quiet, and is a nice size. We are a 2 person, 2 dog household and it’s done a good job at getting hair out of our clothes. I only leave 4 stars because we have not read into the instructions on other settings for the machine to use yet.

We are so happy with our new LG WashCombo. We live in a smaller house so it is ideal for space saving while also working so well! We've tried all the different wash options and they all work perfectly depending on what we're washing/drying. All around we definitely recommend!
