I love this machine! With the ezDispense Reservoirs I no longer have to add detergent and softener for each load. It is super quiet and handles big loads much better than my previous unit that would shake terribly when loads became out of balance. My favorite feature is the notification I receive on my iwatch when the load is done. It alerts me through the LG Thinq app so when I am outside or in another part of the house too far away to hear the end of cycle chime l’m still able to get my clothes out and hung up to minimize wrinkles. Also love the extra space I have now in my small laundry room and since the unit is ventless I have much more flexibility with placement. The Tub Clean cycle countdown is really helpful too. I have not used the remote start feature yet but glad to know it is available if I ever need it. Cleans extremely well and is a great fit for our family. I do wish it had a fluff setting but, learning to do laundry a different way. I wish I hadn't waited so long to make a decision as to me, it's worth every penny! I'm so happy for this new invention in my life..it's physically a life saver.

Disappointed. When it works it’s great unfortunately that’s about half of the time. Door leaks with a heavy load dry times are very long with towels and blankets. The lint trap system is terrible and if it isn’t cleaned for 10 minutes every time it’s used it will fault to and run forever until you turn it off. The design of the lint trap system is terrible and to take it apart it feels like it will break on reassembly. My last LG washer we bought in 2008 and is still going.

The washing cycle is powerful yet gentle on clothes, and the drying function, while slightly longer than a traditional dryer, gets the job done efficiently. One of my favorite features is the LG ThinQ app. I can control the machine remotely and get notifications when cycles are done, which is super convenient for my busy schedule. If I had to nitpick, the drying cycle does take longer for heavier fabrics, so you need a bit of patience. Also, the upfront cost is on the higher side, but considering the features and long-term savings, it feels like a worthwhile investment.

Wash & dry takes over 3 hours and then most things are not dried and must be dried an additional hour. The heat is very low and this seems to cause heavy wrinkles in everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the washer for 7 months now. It has plusses and minuses. On the positive side, it washes well and seems to be energy efficient. It saves space, with both washer and dryer being in one unit. On the negative side, when it's washing you can't use it as a dryer, even if you need to. The drying is very slow; it takes three times longer to dry items compared to my previous dryer. Also, most recently, it has stopped working altogether, giving us the message that there is a blockage in the pipe that ejects the water. We have been waiting for a week for a repairman.

I've had a ductless washer dryer combo before, and it washed just fine, but it would blow around wet air for over 4 hours and the clothes would still be moist. Plus I would have to tear it apart to clean out the Duct inside the dryer part once a year to clean out the wet lint trapped in there. But all that is over cleaning is simple, it gets the clothes dry, and in way less time. And it's supposed to be super energy efficient (I just don't pay that close attention).

This purchase was by far the best money I ever spent. In my house we have 5 people. 3 of them being young adult boys. My washing machine was going all the time. This all in one washer dryer from LG is mind blowing and I don’t know why I didn’t get one sooner. It’s ventless which means no need for a vent pipe to outside. I have a small laundry room and when the dryer is on there is no tenpature change in the room even through multiple loads of laundry. The fact that we can put a load in set the machine and it washed it and drys it is a game changer. Not to mention you save 60% on your electric bill because this thing senses the load and knows how long to dry it and it’s effectively right on the money for that. You can choose a just wash setting also for items you don’t want to be dryer in the dryer. In addition it has many many settings for all kinds of wash loads from blankets, towels, to delicates. I can easily fit an extra large load of clothes, I’ve done one load with over 15 towels in it. Plenty of space capacity. If your in the fence for purchasing do it you will be over the moon surprised as how much you get for your money. This is revolutionary technology and LG is a great brand. There is an LG app you can download as well that lets you start, stop and let’s you know when your clothes are done and it’s time to take out. If I could give this thing 10 stars I would. BTW I was not paid or compensated for this review. I just really love this machine and I know anyone like me who is on a budget and could use some time back for me will love this product as much as I do. Definitely definitely recommend.
