I'm a big fan of this washer/dryer combo! I live in a small 1 bedroom loft and this machine doesn't take up too much room. It was easy to install and is easy to use. The wash/dry cycles are quick and I love that my laundry is done in around 2 hours. I appreciate that it's an energy saver too, using less energy than my older washer/dryers. Thank you LG! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my new LG combo. It is very quiet. I live in an apartment on the third floor and I was concerned about noise and vibrations. It is also true to the advertising - I can wash and dry in two hours. I spent the extra $$ for the large capacity and the heat pump. It came damaged on the back and with some scratches and scuffs on the top and I would like to address that. Apart from that I'm very satisfied. I chose it over the GE similar product based on my research and am very satisfied so far.

I recently purchased this unit and am in love! I recently downsized and moved to a new home that did not have space for my LG washer and separate dryer I had for years and was searching for a solution for my new space and found this unit! It is a game changer to be able to load the washer and just leave it and come home to clean clothes! This unit has been amazing and I am so stoked and highly recommend it!! It is great for smaller and or older homes with less space! Totally a win!

I bought this unit about a month ago to replace my stacked washer dryer units. It occupies the same space as the previous washing machine without the dryer and gave me the space to install three shelves over the top of the unit to hold my laundry products that were previously in a closet on the other side of the room. It took a few loads of laundry to get used to the additional drying time it required but reducing the wash load size brought the time down to an acceptable level. I added the combo washer to my LG ThinQ app to apply updates and get notifications when the wash load was complete. I like the fact that it runs on standard 115V connection. The wash/dry combo has programmed cycles for most wash loads plus has an option to use AI to detect fabric texture, soil level, and load size. It automatically selects the right functions, temperatures, and detergent amount for each load. I like the auto soap and softener dispenser function. I use the default settings for most features but it is customizable if needed. For just the two of us with average laundry needs it is the perfect machine for us.

In all seriousness, this is the best washer and dryer I've ever used! One thing I normally don't like about doing laundry is waiting around to transfer my wet clothes to the dryer - so this lets me start the load and leave the house knowing that it will be dry when I get back! I also LOVE that it doesn't take up as much space as my old washer and dryer duo that took up half of my garage wall. Highly recommend! 10 out of 10.

What can I say? This washer/dryer combo has far exceeded my expectations. I can put in a load and not have to worry about leaving it and then having to redo it, because I forgot it. I’ve thought about getting one of these for so long, and I truly wish I had done it so much earlier. I couldn’t recommend this more for anyone. The convenience alone is worth every single penny.

Now L.G. comes out with an ai enabled combo washer and dryer. I wasn’t able to get into the manual before my wife had it connect to the thin q app on her phone and changing the settings and starting a wash. I have been around a lot of innovation projects at some large companies and LG has really pushed the envelope on this unit. It senses your loads, how dirty the clothes are and takes care of the rest with the AI Wash and Dry setting. If you don’t trust the AI to take over your washing duties, select from 15 other wash cycles. My wife has to control it. I chose to let the AI do its thing. Yes, I would agree that larger and heavier loads do take longer to dry over my gas dryer. But since we load it up before we leave for work, it has 8 hours to wash and dry. With the Thin Q app, you can extend the drying time or start another cycle. I guess it just takes you to think differently on how to use the washer/dryer with the heat pump. Auto detergent/softener dispenser and the top lint collector, they have simplified the laundry process for me and my family. Not to forget the little brother that I also picked up. The LG SideKick Pedestal Washer. The wife and girls like it for washing smaller loads and their undergarments that need a little more TLC or just need to be air dried. As my wife said, #lifeisgood…

There are very clear Pros and Cons Pros : This combo model saving space for sure. : Easy to use. wash and dry in one touch. I have trained my kids to operates their cloths, and it works : Large size able to wash large blanket : Washer performance is better than my old washer machine (Had LG but not combo, Top load) Cons : Dry time is way too long (Sometimes it goes up to 3~4 hours) : It didn't completely dry as my old dryer Overall, all specs, sizes and performances meets my expectation except the Drying function.
