Above all, it is good to reduce space, and it is so convenient to do it all at once. However, the disadvantage is that dust gets on the front door when turning the dryer. You don't have to clean up the dirt, but thinking that the dust will go in next time, it's cumbersome to clean it up every time. I'm satisfied with everything except this.

I am still discovering how to best use it, but I will share my experience thus far. Wash times are generally what I would expect from a conventional front load washer. Wash performance is exceptional. I love the auto-detergent dispensing and the Thinq app allows detergent dispensing customization, as well as many optional cycles and remote start. Let’s talk about drying. 5 cubic foot capacity means that drying with heat pump technology may take a while with large loads. A full load of towels on wash/dry takes about 3+ hours. AI wash/dry cuts this down to a little over 2 hours with no discernable loss of wash performance. Sorting and loading are essential as relates to performance. Highly recommend reading owner’s manual. Ventless installation is a game changer, and it operates on a standard 120-volt receptacle. Overall, I highly recommend this machine and can’t wait to unlock all of its capabilities.

I reviewed this product a few month ago when it was first installed in my home and gave it a very positive review. Now, after using the All-in-one for a longer period of time, I still feel the same. For me, it is a time saver……just load it up, start it up, and forget about it. It does a good job getting the clothes clean and dry. They feel like they might be damp when they come out immediately after the appliance stops, but that feeling goes way right away. Sometimes, the clothes come out really wrinkled from all the twisting in the drying process. Since I have been using it for while, I do have a couple things that bother me. The lint removal system is overly complicated and I have had it get jammed and had to muscle it out. Also, I have to clean the rubber around the door which seems to collect all the dog hair and a fair amount of lint. All in all, I am very pleased with this appliance. So much so that I recommend it to my friend and she bought one! She loves her’s too. It is beautiful to look at, easy to use and does a good job. WIN!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this product for a few months now. I combined the detergent and softener as one since I personally choose to avoid softener products. So I pour the detergent in both, super convenient! I like how easy the lint trap is to empty, easier than a front load dryer. I've learned that the dryer tends to leave clothes wrinkly if I don't use permanent press. But when I do a load of blankets, delicates or my general load, there isn't an issue. I agree with some of the other comments that the clothes may initially appear slightly damp but when I shake them out to fold or hang, they are usually dry enough. I'm not a fan of how much lint is left around the plastic when you open the door. I have to be careful sometimes taking clothes out so they don't get covered in it. It's kind of gross. That's my biggest complaint. If you're looking for convenience, this is definitely a winner!

We especially like the dispenser system. We fill up the detergent and softer the washer does the rest. It will go for over 20 washes before alerting us to be refilled. We set the dispenser to the less option. The dryer is automatically started after the wash as long as the option is chosen. At first the dryer took longer than expected however It was getting the job done. The washer and all the options make up for the time the dryer takes. I’d say 45 mins to an hour to dry depending on how full it is. I would recommend this unit especially for people living in small spaces. It has it all.

This is machine is a life changer! It's so easy, even my 8 year old can wash and dry his own clothes. We often put a load in at night (why is it that the school uniform is always dirty?!?) and wake up to dry clean clothes. I love it so much I'm planning on putting another one in our master closet area. My electric bill has gone down and the clothes are clean and perfect. Yes, a load of towels takes longer but hey...put it in and run errands etc. You don't have to be at home to move it from the washer to the dryer. Simply genius!

I have a two-year-old daughter and during the day I don't have time to constantly, go back and forth so I put in the laundry during the night before I sleep and take it out in the morning. I love this machine, took a risk and bought it due to space constraints and never going back. I am able to wash and dry my queen size comforter without any issues. I have it in a cabinet in the kitchen and it is quieter than most machines. The clothes come out clean and dry. I love that it is WiFi enabled.
