[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rating: 4/5 I think this All-in-One unit is a great concept, but the execution could be improved. The cleaning performance has been an upgrade from our previous unit and the auto dispensing detergent has been such a nice convenience. Cycle notifications from the app are great for reminding me that my laundry is done or if I need to run a Tub Clean cycle. One minor feature Inwould like to see added is the light comes on when you open the washer. The only time it will come on automatically is when the load is done. Despite the great performance on the washer side, the Drying side leaves much to be desired. If I'm running a small to medium load then the drying has been fine, but when I run bulkier items then it takes forever to complete. I've also experienced with towels that they can get stuck to the drum and after drying they come out like they've been fried. I think if LG could improve performance with larger loads then I would give this product a higher rating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave it two stars because the wash cycle is great. But it does not dry. Ran three kitchen towels through the machine and it ran for just over 6 hours before it said it was done. Hung a 4 minutes remaining for almost 3 hours. When it finally finish, towels were still wet. Shaking then did not change that. I had to put them out in the sun to finish drying. I REALLY wanted to like this unit but I am not installing a cloths line to make this work. Gasket also catches lint and it is really hard to clean off.

I bought this march 22, 2024, and regret that purchase. Have had service out already. The lint is a huge problem, eventhough the lint trap is cleaned after each use. Another lint trap that I was unaware existed until repairman showed me requires the use of pliers to remove. Not pleased at all.

We purchased our machine in May of 2024, worked well for three weeks after purchase and install. It was installed in June. After using the unit for 3 weeks things went downhill. Massive amounts of water pouring out of machine and flooding our floors was the last straw for us. We now must turn off power and water supply to the machine after every use, we also only use the wash cycle for fear of flooding our floors again. Someone must always be present while machine is running for fear of what may happen. This machine does not work as advertised. We would not recommend this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the modern elegant design of this washer/dryer combo! I’m a busy mother of 3 whose kids play sports so I wanted something that could handle doing heavy duty loads as well as offered exceptional washing performance. I love being able to throw a load in the wash just before heading out for the day and by the time I come back the laundry is washed and dry! I do like that this combo offers different levels of customization such as being able to do a quick wash so I’m not always having to do longer washing/drying cycles.

I didn't like it at all. It lasts 4 hours and sometimes it doesn't dry the clothes well and I have to put it to dry again one day I left it drying. It was supposed to last 1 hour and a half. I got home from work 5 hours later and it was still on too forcefully. It's dangerous I think

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 2 in 1 takes efficiency to a whole new level. The app has so many smart features we use. One of my favorites is the delay start.   I can get the load ready before I leave and have it clean and ready just as we arrive back home. The stay fresh feature keeps clothes from wrinkling or smelling like they’ve been sitting in all day in the machine. I feel like I’ve cut my laundry time in half and it helps keep me on task. My clothes are cleaner and aren’t getting wrinkled thanks to the notifications. Of course, this is all in addition to the amount of space I’m saving by going from 2 machines to 1. We’ve named our machine Larry and he’s a hard working part of our family now.

Well after using this I can't imagine using anything else now. It has many cycle features but the Ai wash and dry just makes it simple. Dry times have been fine for us but we don't have a big family. Once you get used to it you wonder why we ever did it with 2 machines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first LG washing machine! So far it’s great! Learning experiences for sure, but worth every penny! The first few washes had a strong odor of machining I would say. I ran a tub clean cycle with bleach two times and now there is no smell. I also followed instructions of washing the first load as 6 towels. I also did white towels to add bleach as well. Definitely a game changer, as I thought it would be tough not doing multiple loads at once-as you would with separate units. But it just takes a little planning and now it is easier. I love using my ThinQ app to show me where it is in the process. I use the same laundry detergent for every load, and while this may not be a new feature, I love the fact I can load in all detergent and fabric softener in bulk. While this unit is heavier than most, the amount of laundry that it can hold is outstanding. I’d like to do a follow up review once my electric bill comes. It’s only hooked up with 110, where my old washing machine was 110 but my dryer was 220.

I got my new LG Washer/Dryer combo a few weeks ago. The only thing I regret was putting it off for so long. I am beyond thrilled with my purchase! Its a beautiful machine that fits nicely in my new closet. All the features are streamline and so easy to use. My favorite feature is the detergent dispensers that can be pre-loaded to do about 60-75 loads worth along. My laundry always comes out perfectly clean and fresh every time. The convenience of this washer is a game changer for me and my very busy lifestyle.
