[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly we were so excited to get this unit. No more remembering to switch the laundry over! We're a small family of 3 and don't do much laundry so we thought it would be perfect for us!!, WRONG, it is the biggest waste of money we've ever spent. It takes hours to dry a small load and even then you often need to re-run a dry only cycle. Towels? Forget about it, 4 standard sized towels is easily 6+ hours to wash and dry. I will not wash my bed blankets in it because they will never dry. I'm not talking heavy loads either, basic cotton fabric clothing, smaller than a normal washer/dryer load and it's never ending. I now need to spend money at a laundry mat to wash any/all blankets. It's been less than a year since we bought it and we have regular issues with it. Repair person is coming out tomorrow because we keep getting a drain error, even though the filter and such are free of debris. If I could afford to get rid of it and buy a set, I would. Even for 3-4 loads a week it's a huge pain to deal with. 15/10 do NOT recommend. Seriously, avoid this unit, save yourself the stress, the money, and buy a regular washer and dryer.

I’ve had the product for almost one year. I am still loving it. The large capacity decreases the amount of loads. I customize most loads, so this is a feature no other washer can compare to. The knob/function screen is easy to use, and recently I learned to delete any cycles I don’t use, streamlined the process even more. The cleaning of the door seal is needed less frequently than my previous front loader, as the debris goes into the front can. I use the app to help remind me of maintenance and when loads are finished . The dry cycle does take longer than my previous dryer. Highly recommend this product to anyone considering an all-in-one unit

This machine rocks! We replaced our old washer and dryer with the LGWash Combo last week and are thrilled with the upgrade. Not only does it take up less space and use less than half the electricity of the old units, but its automatic detergent/softener dispenser, filter system, and other smart features make this a super easy time-saving device. I have received the LG WashCombo, and using it for about 2 weeks. It has amazing features like built in AI technology that I do not need to select the right options every time, Easy Fill feature also great it dispenses the perfect amount of the detergent or the softener for each round and I just need to refill when its empty.(I did not know I used to use more than I need) Most of all, it saves huge amount of my time. I just need to reserve the machine and it finishes my laundry by the time I come back home. Love the All-In-One WashCombo!

Very pleased. I was concerned about items not getting dry, but that has not been an issue. The trick is not to overload. I load towels at night and wake up to washed and dried towels. I just to fold and put away. It’s convenient filling the detergent, and fabric softener reservoirs. You just to load your laundry and start. No having to move laundry washer to dryer. Come back and it’s all done.

Its extremely convenient to put your clothes in, forget the transfer and be done. The drying time depends on the size of the load. I've seen 1hr 45mins to 3hrs. Its great that you dont need a gas line or a exaust vent. You can literally place this anywhere an electrical outlet is available

Over all happy with my purchase. It dose take longer to dry but it also does it all for you so I don’t care. I know towels take a while so I do them over night. We had vent clog issues with our old one so this is nice it’s ventless. You have to make sure to clean it every use. If it stops drying fill dispenser tray, clean your tub up 3x with a cleaning tablet. Rinse the vent under water and suck out any lint. This should keep the system running efficiently

This is machine is a life changer! It's so easy, even my 8 year old can wash and dry his own clothes. We often put a load in at night (why is it that the school uniform is always dirty?!?) and wake up to dry clean clothes. I love it so much I'm planning on putting another one in our master closet area. My electric bill has gone down and the clothes are clean and perfect. Yes, a load of towels takes longer but hey...put it in and run errands etc. You don't have to be at home to move it from the washer to the dryer. Simply genius!
