Our old laundry machine had been extremely loud, and with the machine being right under our bed, it would frequently disrupt our sleep. This one is completely quiet! And even better, there's no need to move the laundry to a dryer overnight. Just pop it in before you sleep, and the clothes are ready to go in the morning. Same thing with when I'm in a rush, the washer-dryer combo is really revolutionary. It washes and dries my clothing excellently. I've had no issues with that. I love the customization I can have with the settings depending on my load. However, I wish the settings were a bit more intuitive. Coming from a non-smart, older washing machine, there was trouble understanding the detergent dispenser and which compartment was manual vs ezDispenser. It resulted in the first load to use all of the detergent we put in.. Also, we've noticed that the drying takes significantly longer (3-4x longer than washing). I can see this being an issue when trying to do multiple loads. Overall, a great product.

I have had this about 2 weeks now and the convince of being able to put a load of my kids clothes and have it wash and dry is a game changer. The integration with my phone makes things so convenient. This machine has taken my family's life to the next level highly recommend to anyone especially family's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my wash combo for a few months now and I'm very happy with the product. I love that it's just 1 machine and it saves my small laundry room extra space. I love that I don't have to remember to put my load in the dryer anymore.

An all-in-one laundry unit is just about as handy as it sounds. It does take quite a long time for a wash & dry cycle to run (around 2.5-3 hours depending on the load size and type) but that's worth it to me for not needing to remember to switch the load after washing and probably forgetting and having to rerun it! Our ideal laundry layout also never really meshed with where the dryer vent and special outlet were, so being able to plug this right into a regular outlet and not have the ugly silver vent line running across the room has been really nice, plus the extra space saved where the stacked unit used to be!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my new washer/dryer combo last week. So far it has met my expectations. Another home run for LG. First and for most this unit has a lot of great features and cycles. I suggest before just throwing in a load and see what happens. Take some time and review the on line manual. It is a washer and dryer as well as wash /dryer. It has over 20 different cycles and combinations of wash and or dry. THere are several options built into most of the cycles. I really like the detergent / softner reservoirs and they are adjustable on how much they dispense. Looking fwd to using more of the features. It washers great and the heat pump does a very good job of drying towels. My wife loves the lighted tub. She can see if anything is left in it when empting it

I bought this march 22, 2024, and regret that purchase. Have had service out already. The lint is a huge problem, eventhough the lint trap is cleaned after each use. Another lint trap that I was unaware existed until repairman showed me requires the use of pliers to remove. Not pleased at all.

Easy controls with a intuitive app to pair with it. If it wasnt for the fact 2 units had to be returned because of a LE2 Compressor error code it'd be 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first LG washing machine! So far it’s great! Learning experiences for sure, but worth every penny! The first few washes had a strong odor of machining I would say. I ran a tub clean cycle with bleach two times and now there is no smell. I also followed instructions of washing the first load as 6 towels. I also did white towels to add bleach as well. Definitely a game changer, as I thought it would be tough not doing multiple loads at once-as you would with separate units. But it just takes a little planning and now it is easier. I love using my ThinQ app to show me where it is in the process. I use the same laundry detergent for every load, and while this may not be a new feature, I love the fact I can load in all detergent and fabric softener in bulk. While this unit is heavier than most, the amount of laundry that it can hold is outstanding. I’d like to do a follow up review once my electric bill comes. It’s only hooked up with 110, where my old washing machine was 110 but my dryer was 220.

The following is a bullet list of my observations and opinions. Appearance • Dark grey is very attractive, the finish and fit are excellent. Installation • Easy installation. Simply hook up hot and cold water, insert drain hose, and plug it in to a regular 110v plug. Setup • I followed the guide and had it ready to go in less than 15 minutes. Controls • The controls are relatively straightforward, but I needed a bit of use to get familiarized with them. • I would prefer that the control panel be either facing upward or be angled upward slightly. o This would probably be less of a concern if I had the optional extra washer, or the optional pedestal installed. o This would raise the controls closer to eye level. Ease of Use • Except for the control placement mentioned above, this machine is quite easy to use. Performance • I have six adults using this machine and everyone loves it. • We had some dryer issues at first (it didn’t dry laundry completely), but it has improved greatly (perhaps due to software updates) and we no longer have any drying issues. • The capacity is quite large, and it handles heavy loads (like towels) easily. Summary This is an excellent machine that seems to effortlessly handle multiple laundry loads daily. It’s simple to use, saves time and also saves quite a bit of electricity.
